RESPONSE: I’m not the only one that has come to you with the same problem and you tell them the same lie and I have it on video. They have an actual gold tester. Gold is not magnetic and as you can clearly see the chain I got from yall is sticking to the magnet They sell fake gold here and it’s way over priced! I took my chain I bought from them to get cleaned and found out it’s gold filled and did a gold test and it’s nickel and stainless steel with gold filling/plating! $1,200 for fake gold! I have a video that’s too long to upload of the guy that runs this place admitting he sold me this chain and trying to make up excuses and even admitting that I’m not the only one that has come back complaining! He refuses to give me a refund or a new chain that’s actual gold, he scams you and tell you that the weight of the gold and the price don’t matter when they do ! GOLD IS NOT MAGNETIC, this chain even sticks to my whole watch charger, I can pick up the whole necklace with it! I hired an attorney so go get your jewelry tested...

Very disappointed with the quality of the jewelry and service ! Don’t waste your money here ! They advertise big deals but final prices come out as if your buying from a big name jewelry store ! We were assisted by NADIYA when we purchased my infants daughters first bracelet... nadiya promised my husband when he picked up the bracelet that they offer warranty on their jewelry. Just Two weeks after using the bracelet the chain broke off from the plate... I go back to memorial city mall to the kiosk jewelry stand of theirs and I’m told by nadiya that they don’t offer warranty on it, instead I get charged to get it fixed! Do NOT believe these replies!! I left a honest transparent review and they love to clarify with further lies. I did not purchase any chain for clearance price nor did I/will I ever get a chain without warranty. I was actually promised “lifetime breakage warranty” and never even got that as much “customer satisfaction” is committed to.
