On this particular day our breakfast was ok. The tater tots were extremely greasy and tasted alot like oil...as if they sat in the oil to long. My chicken egg and cheese biscuit was way to dry. It was so dry that the top portion of the biscuit was very cracked and I was unable to pick it up to take a bite so I just ate the chicken. The service was good but I want to say this. There is a chicken egg cheese meal so there is no need to charge the customer .70 cents for the egg and .30 cents for the cheese.

Ordered breakfast before going shopping. They had a line but servers were quick at taking and packing orders. The fruit bowl was really good. This is one of the best fast food place I’ve tried in the area. Presentation of the food is always great and the taste never disappoints.

Holy smokes! This was my first Chick-fil-A and it didn't disappoint. Very busy, however the staff were friendly and efficient. The food (Spicy Chicken Sandwich) looked good and tasted good. The waffle fries were fresh. We need this restaurant in Kennewick, Washington!

I usually do not have a bad experience with any Chickfil-A, but I'm not sure where this one dropped the ball. I ordered a #2 spicy deluxe with pepper Jack cheese, and all I received was a regular chicken sandwich with no deluxe anything or cheese. I also ordered a spicy southwest chicken salad. I did not receive everything that comes with my salad. So no tortilla strips or no chili lime pepitas. Maybe someone should check behind the person placing the meals in the bags. Next time I will be sure to not have as much faith in Chick-fil-A and start checking my order before I leave. Also, the condiments area was a hot mess! There were no straws or napkins. Also barely any mayo or ketchup. I had to grab a handful of straws from the cash register in the corner that wasn't open, and take them to the condiment area. Top of my list. Always, Everytime, Excellent Customer Service with some many lines of customer inside and outside waiting! You are never have to wait no longer than 10 minutes!!! It's not just this location but everyone I have been to provides the same consistent EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It truly pays to be closed on Sunday's to Serve, Honor and Worship the LORD's day in Prayers on the seventh day! Way to go with your honoring Sunday as a day of Rest. We definitely can see that you will continue to be Blessed more abundantly even if you close for business on Sunday's!!! I use to really like chick fil a but not anymore. The last couple of times I went there with my family we noticeed that the spicy chicken sandwiches We ordered is almost raw and fully cooked. Today at memorial city mall the same thing happened again I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich I couldn’t eat it and I took it to show it to the manager because it wasn’t fully cooked, the manager was rude and didn’t even Apologize or offer anything to make it up.
