There was no egg in my egg sandwich! Under their egg white menu they list a bacon, tomato and avocado sandwich. I specifically stated when I ordered: egg white, bacon, tomato and avocado, 1 egg (as you have a choice between 1 and 2). My receipt confirms it. It was 30 minutes between waiting in line and receiving order. I walked to my gate to sit down to eat and after a couple of bites, noticed there was no egg. I would have been ok with a regular egg if they didn't have egg white, but no one said anything and my plane was going to be boarding so I couldn't walk back to address. The staff were pleasant and the rest of the sandwich was good, but giving 1 star due to my order incomplete. I had been really excited because I love bagel sandwiches, but I won't be stopping by here again and I heard the same from some others that were waiting. No one stayed to eat at the tables, probably because of the length of time it was taking. I wish...

There are at least 4 signs with the hours of operation which is listed as 5AM-7PM. It seems like the manager likes to get to the airport at 5, and spend the first 45 minutes preparing everything to open, ignoring anyone standing in line to place their orders. Without acknowledging anyone waiting, she continues to prepare. Despite all the waiting because I love Einstein Bagels. I was determined to order. But after seeing the manager handle all the trash bins with her bare hands and not proceeding to wash her hands, I decided not to eat there. Unless you want food poisoning, I would not recommend this place. Rude, unprofessional, and lack of hygiene was enough for me not to want...

The two girls working on 11/13/21 were so incredibly rude. Yellowing out orders quickly where you can’t clearly hear what sandwhich it is and putting the sandwiches out to be picked up in two different areas. When one sandwhich was thrown out and the name I couldn’t understand so I went up and asked one of the girls “did she say this was a cheesy bacon?” And she replies “we don’t have a cheesy bacon” in a sassy tone and I said “I don’t have your menu memorized I didn’t hear what she said, I’m Looking for the cheesy vegetarian”. They didn’t greet customers and gave the impression they hated their jobs and didn’t want to be there or at least didn’t like eachother. Both girls...

Einstein Bros. Bagels is my favorite breakfast fast food place because of how awesome their bagel sandwiches are and the choices of cream cheese and other toppings. However, the prices are a bit high but that usually means the lines aren't as long either. The only reason this location didn't get more stars is because the employees had a very poor attitude and didn't smile or say any greetings the whole interaction. The food was still outstanding for a fast food restaurant.

Meal: Breakfast Day Visited: Saturday Budget: $20 Closest Station: N/A Reservation Needed?: N/A Payment: Cash; Credit Kid Friendly?: Yes English Menu?: Yes Low rating for the manic atmosphere and high prices. Service was relatively friendly and the food was quite tasty (try the Brisket Breakfast Bagel!), though quite expensive (over $40 for two small coffees and two breakfast sandwiches!).
