We Love Houston Sign — Attraction in Houston

Like some Houstonians, made it to the sign for the first time because someone was visiting! Was impressed with the area, but for a popular place with such a prominent sign (and message) would have been even better with seating. Finding the place was easy enough and parking is not a problem as there was a dog park on the opposite street on the side of the letter H. Weather permiting I would still recommend. A 28-foot-tall "We Love/Heart Houston" sculpture stands beside the Giant Beatles Sculpture, outside the 8th Wonder Brewery. Each letter stands at eight feet tall and five feet wide, weighing in at 600 to 800 pounds each.

The three-dimensional love letter to Houston was built in 2011 and relocated to its current location in 2018. According to its sculptor David Adickes, the inspiration behind the sculpture is the Hollywood Sign and the "I Love New York" Logo.

This is another sightseeing stop for people of all ages, if you're visiting the Houston area. We stopped by this location after finding in on yelp under tours. I was able to get the address and driving directions with the use of the yelp app and Google maps. There is some nearby street parking available, and it's a great photo op to mark your travels.
