So UPDATE from original review (sorry they ask that you write a review for a free small bag of popcorn)… Though there are many options to choose from, the popcorn was in fact stale and had to be at least some days old. I also got an ice cream cone and it was so freezer burned that the sales associate was having such a hard time scooping it from the tub it was in.

The establishment was pretty empty before I walked in with two other people and a baby. So you would think we would receive top notch customer service right?!… well wrong, the sales associate was very friendly but you can tell she must have had a lot on her plate and wasn’t very knowledgeable of her inventory. What could have been an easy transaction of no more than 7 mins tops from start to finish turned into about 20 mins of getting our order and multi tasking with other duties in the back of the store. I think another associate will easily rectify that.

Also we were told to write a review so we can receive a free small bag of popcorn. Well we did, just to leave out with the wrong popcorn. I told her I wanted to try the cinnamon crunch but I stead got caramel praline. I think if she would have paid more attention and not been so worried about getting the reviews for the owners, or having help would go along way. This place has potential but better training can...

Shockingly horrible customer service by a lady who said she was the owner. I called a few minutes ago and she basically sounded inconveniences right from the start, as if she didn't even want to be on the phone and when I asked her for pricing comparable to something I had gotten elsewhere she was very condescending saying that I see you're looking for pricing which there's nothing wrong with that but I don't have anything comparable so you should go with them. I proceeded to ask her to for her prices and she didn't want to give me pricing saying it was she would have nothing to match. Frustrated, I asked her to let me discern for myself. Ultimately, I let her know that she was being rude. I asked her for her name and she repeatedly declined to give me her name, saying she was the owner and she wasn't going down that path with me. I told her I wasn't trying to make her mad but I was trying to give her some constructive criticism to see if I could salvage the conversation. She was still rude and talked over me and could not care less. Eventually I gave up and hung up without any pricing or help...

I am very sorry to write this review. I purchased through a fundraiser and I love popcorn. The first bag was $21 and the second bag was $14. The popcorn was fresh and the taste was not bad. I paid over $50 for three. My favorite popcorn is Garrets, which is absolutely wonderful and the price for Garrets is acceptable, although at one point I believed that they were too expensive. The price of this popcorn makes no sense. The money I spent compared to what I would spend on Garrets is ridiculous. Popcorn is not that expensive, why does it need to be so over priced?
