I had a terrible experience at this store; I was gonna purchase some items for around $4,600 using the promotion of 60 months with 0 interest, I got only approved for $1,000 credit so I decided to purchase some items for a total of $1,600 but the vendor told me that this line of credit would only apply towards the big purchase of $4,000 so I left the store thinking I would try again for the next big sale in Christmas time or Memorial Day next year. A few days later, to my surprise, I got an alert from my bank about a new credit card opened at Rooms to go, I immediately went back to the store but they couldn’t confirm me if I had an account opened or not. Yesterday I received a credit card from Rooms to Go, contrary to what the sales rep told me I was approved, he lied to me, of course the price has increased now, I went to get an explanation from the manager but he was useless, pretty arrogant and unwilling to help.
