IF IT WAS A ZERO ON HER I WOULD GIVE IT!
On July 28, 2025 at approximately 1:45 -2:00 i experience a terrible accident! I found/ swallowed glass due to purchasing a bowl from this establishment.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding a recent incident at your establishment. Yesterday experience was not only unpleasant but genuinely alarming, marking it as one of the worst days I've had.
During my lunch, I discovered a piece of glass in my food, which I unfortunately swallowed and cut the inside of my mouth. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious questions about your food safety protocols. The presence of foreign objects in food is a severe health hazard and indicates a significant lapse in quality control.
I trust that you will take immediate and thorough action to investigate this matter and implement measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
Also, I am further dismayed by the dismissive and unprofessional response I received from the General Manager, Hannah. Her reaction to my report of finding glass in my food was incredibly insensitive and unhelpful. Specifically, she stated, and I quote, "respectfully, there's no way that glass was in your food."
This statement is not only ignorant of the potential severity of the situation but also deeply insulting. It suggests a lack of concern for customer safety and a refusal to take responsibility for what happened. Such a dismissive attitude from a member of your management team is unacceptable and only compounds the distress caused by this incident.
I expect a more serious and compassionate approach to resolving this matter. It is imperative that you address Hannah's behavior and ensure that all staff members are trained to handle customer complaints with the care and attention...

I never realized how difficult and costly it must be to offer avocado until today. Yes, whenever you ask for avocado you always get the plaintive..."guacamole or avocado?" because it is easier to squeeze on some average guacamole than to make a couple of slices in an avocado and scoop it out. Probably save 2 to 3 seconds with the guac. Today though the service was truly over the top in terms of BAD. You get one-half of an avocado when you ask for it which is plenty if you get all of it. I answered, "avocado" and the young man who was serving me my very difficult order of a - veggie burrito bowl - began to slice the avocado. The bearded ass next to him (mgr. I think) starts taking the bowl away before he has one slice of avocado in the bowl; trying to rush the server. Then after jerking the bowl from him three times the server finally gives up and throws half of my half avocado away so the ass manager will be happy. I end up with about two teaspoons of avocado. Then the ass starts stuffing things into the bag as my order is to go. Unaware to me he has knocked the top off the bowl in the bag. Then stuffs my chips and salsa bag into the bowl with a napkin. Yes, into the bowl as the lid is not on the bowl thanks to the ass. Yes, the same paper bag that was on the nasty counter. The good news was that when I got back to the office I really did not have to eat any of it as the chips were made a week ago and are stale, ice cold and greasy. Truly a bad experience at a place I have always enjoyed going to. I will not go back. They need to retrain...
Read moreThis was.... interesting. I usually love free birds and I'm hungover so I wanted a burrito. My burrito wasn't properly mixed so the entire first half was rice and the second half was all the meat. I got my daughter the kids meal and the juice was broken everywhere - who knows for how long, so I had to throw it away. The chips for chips and queso came with like a small child's handful of chips. I ordered off the website and I had a completely different total on the website than on the confirmation email, different delivery fee, it showed a different tip than I put in, etc. Whoever they use for delivery also left our food outside and DIDNT KNOCK so who knows how long it was out there for. And we would've heard because we were ALL right next to our door. It was cold so probably a while. Just.....Jesus Christ do better.
EDIT: I was sent an email from the owner saying she wants to fix the mistakes that were made and she did! I went in and got a freebird, it was perfectly mixed and she was super nice. There's SO many food driver services used so it's really a crapshoot on how things will go down. Never had a bad experience in store tho. Hell, for all I know the driver might have eaten all the chips :P. Problem is made up for and I'll definitely be coming back without worry. Just not...
