Absolutely Outstanding Service from Emily at Rooms To Go Willow Chase!
I am writing this review to enthusiastically recommend Emily at the Rooms To Go location in Willow Chase. In all my years of shopping at Rooms To Go, and frankly, furniture shopping in general, Emily stands out as the absolute best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
From the moment we walked in, Emily greeted us with a warm and genuine smile. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, asking thoughtful questions that showed she was truly listening to our needs and preferences. What impressed me most was her knowledge of the furniture. She was able to answer all of our questions thoroughly, providing insightful details about the materials, construction, and features of various pieces. It was clear she knew the inventory inside and out and could expertly guide us towards options that fit our style and budget.
Beyond her expertise, Emily made the entire shopping experience fun! Her positive attitude and friendly demeanor created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. She was patient as we considered different options and never once made us feel pressured or rushed. It felt like we were working with a trusted friend who genuinely wanted us to find the perfect furniture for our home.
What truly set Emily apart was her uncanny ability to know exactly what we wanted! She picked up on subtle cues and presented us with choices that were spot-on. It was as if she could read our minds! This level of attentiveness and understanding is rare and truly appreciated.
Thanks to Emily's exceptional service, we found exactly what we were looking for and are absolutely thrilled with the purchase of our living and dining room furniture.
If you are planning a visit to the Rooms To Go in Willow Chase, I wholeheartedly recommend seeking out Emily. You will not be disappointed. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine care for her customers make her an invaluable asset to Rooms To Go. Thank you, Emily, for making our furniture shopping experience so positive...
Read moreVery disappointed with my experience at this Rooms To Go Outlet location. After spending nearly $1,600 on three different sofas, I expected at least a basic level of service—especially compared to other Rooms To Go outlets like the one in Brookshire, where they help load items and provide plastic covers to protect your furniture.
First, the saleswoman told us to wait in our truck and they would load the furniture for us. That never happened. Once we returned with a U-Haul, it started raining heavily. I asked the workers at the loading area for plastic covers to protect the sofas, and they told me they don’t provide any, though they were kind enough to find an old used one for me.
To make matters worse, I was told by the workers that they are only allowed to “assist” but not actually help lift or load furniture. This directly contradicts what the saleswoman said. During the struggle to load the furniture myself—while dealing with back pain—some pillows fell onto the wet ground and got damaged due to the lack of proper covering.
I went back inside to speak with the salesperson, but she was gone. I ended up talking to the manager, who told me there’s a policy sign posted OUTSIDE in the loading area stating they don’t provide assistance or protective materials. Excuse me? Why not post this clearly inside the showroom where customers are actually making their purchase decisions?
He simply shrugged and said, “It’s Rooms To Go policy.” Honestly, that’s a poor excuse for what felt like a complete lack of customer care. Again, at Brookshire, they offer much better service and do help with loading and basic protection. Why such inconsistency between locations?
Now, I have damaged furniture just minutes after buying it, and it feels like I’ve thrown my money away. Rooms To Go, please rethink your policies and ensure your employees provide consistent and honest information. Customers deserve better after putting their trust—and hard-earned money—into...
Read moreAbsolutely love my couch and got a great deal on it. However, the delivery was a horrible process and I ended up having to rent a u-haul for the first time and pick up the sofa myself and have my neighbors help me carry this large sofa up. I asked if I could receive delivery because I only have a car and he assured me that they could do that and I could pay card with their delivery guy. I called their delivery guy (who I can’t find info on google about) and could only get two words out before he hung up on me three different times and then texted me to give him the info. I responded and did not receive anything back confirming. When I called rooms to go they told me that it was unlike him and that he’s been with them for 10 years. I called back and again spoke a couple words before I heard laughing in the background and he hung up messaging me that he takes cash. I felt extremely uncomfortable and sketched out and even though I had never driven a u-haul before I decided I would do it myself rather than to deal with him. If he was busy he did not convey that to me or let me know that he would follow up after his last delivery. Rooms to go also told me that they only had his number and no other delivery people when I asked if there was someone else that could deliver my sofa. Although it was $50 cheaper for me to rent the u-haul and I saved some money; I would probably only shop here if I could fit the furniture in my car or a friends car that I notified in advance. It’s a shame because they had some great deals but only allow you to hold for two days. For people who work long hours, it’s just too inconvenient to not have a stable delivery method. When I texted him cancelling, he called me hours later to confirm he was on the way and I had to let him know I already picked up my own couch. So no reliability through...
