Definitely reccomend, it's great food that doesn't take stupidly long to come out.
Food:
We ordered the Vada Pav, Chole Bhature, Mysore Masala Dosa, Special Combo Dosa (Masala dosa with one vada and one idli), and had falooda, rasmalai, and Kaju Anjir shake for dessert
The vada pav was ESPECIALLY good. Possibly in the top 3 vada pav I've ever had. The amount of chutney they gave was perfection. The pav was slightly crispy, so you could get a subtle crunch in each bite. Ultra satisfying. I was too busy eating it to get aesthetic pictures...
The chole bhature was authentic too. Great flavor! Spicy too. Too spicy for me, but I have a weak spice tolerance. Anyone used to typical Indian cuisine won't have a problem. Very nice chole.
The special combo dosa was great, but the vada wasn't completely cooked. Slightly doughey, It wasn't fun to eat. The idli was better, and was amazing the the tomato chutney (which I loved btw). The coconut chutney wasn't all that special, but it wasn't unpleasant in the slightest. The sambar was good, as expected. Not the best I've ever tried, but I wouldn't turn it down.
Mysore dosa was the same, spicier (obviously) and really really tasty. I loved the texture of the dosa.
THE RASMALAI IS CRAZY. Highly recommend!!!! Really really really good. I love rasmalai and it was perfect, not too sweet and not soggy. I actually typically hate nuts on Indian sweets, but thankfully they turned it into little slivers. I don't even like sliced almonds, but the little slivers were small enough for me to appreciate the flavor without having texture problems. Perfect taste!
I didn't like the Kaju Anjir shake but that's most likely because I hate figs and dates. The falooda was perfect though.
Food was all in all a solid 4.6/5. It didn't take overly long to come out, and I'm saying that after being super hungry and impatient when I walked in.
Service was also nice. I appreciate that they leave extra cutlery and small plates, because me and my family share food a lot and need extra plates. It's nice we didn't have to ask.
The place was clean and so was the cutlery. No...
Read moreIn my opinion and based on our experience. First visit to the restaurant after hearing good things about it. Place was reasonably full - being a Saturday afternoon.Placed order at the main counter for Mysore masala dosa, medhu vada, papdi chaat, kachori chaat and lassis (mango, sweet and masala). Found a table for our party of 3; unfortunately was not very clean. So, moved on to another table near the restroom doorway. Area/floor around the table was stained and not very inviting. However decided to make-do. Lassis arrived first, in small styrofoam cups - pricey for the quantity offered. Rest of the food too arrived reasonably quickly. The chaats tasted fresh and authentic - a good blend of crunchiness, tartness, spice/heat and hints of sweetness. The South Indian fare of dosa and medhu vada, however, disappointed hugely - was immediately apparent that they were not authentic -while the former was crisp, taste across the board was flat - the dosa was billed as spicy, but lacked the punch an authentic one delivers at every bite. Sambar and chutney were overly salty. The vada was dense, quite in contrast to the airy interior (due to proper dough composition and fermentation) a good one made by authentic South Indian chefs would have. The exterior too tasted like it had been double-fried, although the lady at the counter denied such. Couldn’t finish the vada. All in all the South Indian fare is avoidable - not made by authentic South Indian chefs, they may look like the real deal, but don’t taste as such. Friendly staff. Price was a bit steep for the quality/quantity offered, $45 - tips started at 18% (not bad for these times, however customers had to self-serve utensils, water etc.). Overall, plan to return when in the area and only if craving chaats; but nothing...

This wasn’t just dinner. It was therapy. This place isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a love letter to every Indian soul who has ever craved something chatpata at 7 pm and ended up ordering five things instead of one. 😋
Finding a pure veg gem like this in today’s culinary jungle is like finding your long-lost childhood tiffin box—still warm, comforting, and full of familiar flavors.
What truly won me over? The menu. It’s not just a list of items—it’s a carefully curated cravings checklist. From South Indian classics to Mumbai street magic, everything is there. Honestly, it felt like the chef looked into my brain, wrote down all my midnight food dreams, and turned them into reality. 📜✨
Here’s what we gobbled down (don’t judge, we were emotionally invested): • Rava Masala Dosa – Crispy, comforting, and had that golden crunch you hear before you taste. • Dahi Puri – Little flavor bombs. Sweet, tangy, and that oh-so-satisfying puri explosion. • Samosa Pav – A chaotic good. It’s Mumbai in a bite. Carb-on-carb crime? Absolutely. Regrets? Zero. • Pav Bhaji – Mashed dreams served with butter-loaded buns. Could’ve used a tad more spice, but hey, my spice tolerance is slightly psychotic.
Now here’s the honest truth: Not every single dish was life-changing—but that’s okay. Some hit the high notes, some sang backup vocals. But the whole band played well. 🎶 And in a world where taste is subjective, there’s something here that’ll absolutely steal your heart (and maybe your last piece of pav).
✨TL;DR – If you’re a die-hard fan of Indian veg delights, don’t walk—run to this place. It’s nostalgic, soulful, slightly chaotic, and absolutely worth it.
PS: Tomorrow, we go in for Round 2. May the cravings be ever in our favor. Will report back—fully fed and emotionally...
