I ordered online for mobile pickup since they don’t take order in store due to covid. They have a table for mobile pickup at the front door. When I walked to the front door to pickup my order as the app instructed, the workers in the store pretend they didn’t see me. I yelled “excuse me” multiple times, but they totally ignored. One guy saw me standing there, but he just turned away. Finally a guy walked to the front to get something in the fridge, that’s when I was be able to ask for my mobile order. He told me I have to go through the drive-thru to pick it up and walked away before I can ask anything else. I called the store to ask for the refund and let them know about the situation, the guy on the phone said I don’t have to go to the drive-thru to pick up mobile order(WTH) and they don’t do refund and I have to call customer service for that. This location used to be great, and now they hired a bunch of new people who are rude and clearly don’t know how to...
Read moreI usually enjoy visiting Starbucks, but my experience at this location was extremely frustrating. My group and I walked in planning to place an order, but we wanted to sit for a moment to decide what we wanted. However, the staff kept coming up to us, pushing us to order immediately, which made us feel rushed and unwelcome.
It’s one thing to provide good service, but it’s another to make customers feel like they’re being hurried out the door. We weren’t loitering or taking up space without buying anything—we were literally about to order! Instead of giving us a few minutes, they kept approaching us, which completely ruined the experience.
A coffee shop should be a comfortable place where customers can take their time, especially when they’re about to spend money there. This location clearly doesn’t respect that. If you’re looking for a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy your coffee or chat for a bit, I’d recommend going...
Read moreI usually enjoy Starbucks, but this experience was beyond disappointing. My friends and I came in, planning to sit and chat while figuring out our orders. We were discussing something important, and instead of giving us a moment, an employee kept rushing us to order immediately. It wasn’t even busy, yet we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing them just by being there.
We weren’t taking an unreasonable amount of time, but the constant pressure made the whole experience uncomfortable. If we’re paying customers, we should be allowed a moment to decide what we want without being pushed. Customer service is supposed to be welcoming, not make people feel like a burden.
If Starbucks wants people to feel rushed and unwelcome, they’re doing a great job. Otherwise, they need to train their employees to be more patient and respectful. Definitely not coming back to...
