This location is below par compared to the other franchises. First red flag was when they were serving my food in a to go platter. I replied Iâm dining in. We serve everyone like this⌠thatâs when I knew I messed up. Chicken was old but warm. The sides looked beautiful behind the glass. Plastic to go silverware in plastic bags was what I was given. No large straws weâre put out just the tiny red ones. The tables were bare and plain. No salt and pepper shakers nearby. Employee shouldnât be going to a bathroom with their apron still on. Horrible. Trash was full so I left my trey neatly stacked with the other ones full of uneaten food. It was so depressing eating there. I even caught the manager staring at me having second thoughts as I ate my food. I expected a home cooked meal experience with hot food served on a plate, salt and pepper shakers at the table, real silverware and some easy listening music to set the vide. The music was pop. The manager was only there to collect a check and his employees shared his leadership goals.    Read moreI placed an order for delivery and the entire order was wrong. I called and talked to the manager who wouldnât tell me her name but she has the worst customer service I have ever seen. This was on May 16, 2022 at around 9 oâclock. I asked for her bossâs name and all she could tell me was Jobe. I asked when he would be there so I could speak to him about this and her answer was âI am not allowed to give out that information â. She was defending the entire order being wrong. She told me that they donât carry the items that I ordered so she was told by her boss to substitute whatever she wanted. If you are going to do business with this location, I would highly recommend that you go in and dine in only and hope that you get the food that you ordered made correctly. Basically her answer was that thereâs nothing that she could do about it. Customer service these days really needs a makeover.    Read moreRecently came here with my husband for dinner after the gym. I have to say that a drastic change in customer service had me extremely blown away. Immediately entering the doors, we were greeted and were told that they were stocked on everything. Usually coming in an hour or so before closing time, they typically run out of certain things.
I had the turkey dish with two sides and corn bread. My husband opted for a more healthier selection of the chicken Caesar salad. After paying, the lady was nice of enough to tell us she would bring it over to us.
As our meal got brought out to us, she informed me she brought out a side of gravy just in case I wanted some. That was probably the nicest service Iâve received from this location ever.
