My previous opinion was excellent about Habby. But today, after a year, I returned to this store and the service from the same person was terrible. For my birthday on December 13, my parents bought a Pandora ring, but they bought it too small. Mrs. Karen told them that if they had to change it, they had to bring the original receipt and in 9 days. The policy says that it is 7 days, but she said, don't worry, I will give you 9 days because it is for a gift. My birthday was on Friday and I went on Monday. I arrived and explained the situation. Abby did not want to help me, she simply looked at the ring and said it is scratched and I cannot change it. She did not take the time to look for a solution, she simply said NO. She told me to come back two days later that the person who sold it to me (Karen) was going to be there. I went on Wednesday with my ring and he lied to me, Miss Karen was not in the jewelry store. We asked to speak to the manager and the problem was not that he was stressed, the problem was the days that had passed WHEN THE INCOMPETENT ABBY HAD NOT WANT TO HELP ME AND TOLD ME TO COME BACK 3 DAYS LATER. After such a long time and being in the store for 1 hour without anyone resolving anything, Pamela's brother arrived who had already helped us before in the Gold section because we are old clients and offered to enlarge the ring. WAS IT SO DIFFICULT ABBY ?? TO TRY TO FIND A SOLUTION ...... YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO YOUR JOB, obviously you left scolded and didn't even know what to say. YOU HAVE NO CHARACTER OR THE INTELLIGENCE TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC AND SOLVE PROBLEMS. I give 5 stars to Pamela's brother who helped me and if I had less than 0 stars I would give them to Abby. I'm sorry but you are terrible at serving staff. Not to mention other people who were at Pandora whose names I don't know. DO NOT BUY HERE, you have lost me and my family...
