Came here on December 8th interested in purchasing a sectional for my living room that I’m preparing to move to. I was assisted by a sales associate Ms. Chavez everything was going fine, We found a very nice mocha sectional I liked and was interested in financing. The ball was dropped once the financial applications was submitted. I clearly told Ms. Chavez that I’m working on my credit currently and I don’t want to run it that much. We ran it for the company I knew would approve me which was Progressive which I did get approved but she informed me I had to pay it off in 90 days only so I agreed to run it one more time with a company named “Genesis” the company denied my application. I informed Ms. Chavez that I would think about it and give her an answer either that evening or by the next day, December 9, 2020. I leave and less than 30 minutes later I receive an email from WestCreek thanking me for my interest in financing with them. I NEVER AUTHORIZED THEM TO RUN IT FOR A 3rd company. I called Ms. Chavez immediately and she took the blame off herself and claimed that the lady in the application approval department ran my application and she didn’t know that it was done either. I honestly find it hard to believe that she did not know. I asked for a manager and she placed her assistant manager on the phone that informed me she would speak to the lady that processed my application for WestCreek and call me back that same day. The assistant manager never called me back. Ms. Chavez called me back to tell me that it was solely based on my bank and would not affect my credit. That was not true. I received an email this morning from Westcreek informing me of the denial and also reflecting my current credit score. I will never come back to this location. They look out for each other and don’t acknowledge their wrong. I called for the store manager several times. He is either with a customer or on a conference call. I guess I can only speak to him if I drive back to the location. I will do all my business through Michelle and Alexia with the online department. Read moreMy furniture by experience was great, Arthur was a great salesman and we got the furniture that we wanted for the price that we wanted, however when we went back to pick up are protectors and pillows for the bed that we purchased I was inside of the store for 30 minutes and someone broke into my car and stole my girlfriend‘s wallet out of her purse. And I called them to report the incident and then they told me that it needed to be reported to corporate so that they could pull the security cameras. Once I called corporate the very first thing corporate asked me was if I purchased anything from the store meaning they didn’t care about the incident they were only wanting to know if I purchased anything from there first. I called and left several messages with the date and time regarding the incident. When I finally got a hold of them after they never returned my calls, they then told me that their security team was a third-party company and that they could not give me any information other than there was nothing reported on the date and time and they couldn’t tell me anything else. They were not helpful or caring at all about our vehicle getting broken into nor did they sound like they even wanted to help. I already filed a police report because my girlfriend‘s ID was in her wallet and someone even tried to use her cards at Almeda Mall but thankfully we canceled everything before they got a chance to. I guess having my vehicle broken into at their store was not a serious enough incident for them to look into, or they didn’t even care enough to return my phone calls after all the voicemails that I left. I appreciate the experience at the furniture store, but as far as the customer service goes for the incident I unfortunately will never be going to this location to purchase again. Please be careful when you shop at the location on Almeda it’s a bad area and believe me they won’t do anything about a break in but give you the runaround and tell you that they don’t even know if the security cameras outside this location even work, which was...
Read moreExclusive furniture has a great and calm atmosphere, everything went great when buying our furniture, good salesman. However after having buying the 5yr warranty/insurance policy and only having my bed for 10 months on my birthday May 22nd of this year when going to sit on the left side of the bed my entire bed collapsed due to a lack of attention when they initially installed my bed, one side had 3 pieces of wood to hold it up and the other side that fell in had only 2. We proceeded to go to the store they gave us the insurance companies # and were told to call and report. When I called they didnt find us in the system and said the furniture store hadn't sent in the information so I had to email them and wait 5 days for a call. I waited 6 days and no call, they wrote down the wrong e-mail, so I sent again and waited again. They finally called in June around the 5th and said that they would send an email with a technicians info and he would call to setup a date. (Mind you my matress has been on the floor since May 22nd, and I do suffer from regular muscle spasms) As I write this today I am still on the matress on the floor, waiting till June 19th till the day they have an available tech in my area to come here and their words, "try and fix the issue if they have all the correct material, if not they'll have to set up another appointment" Besides all this I was told to have a solid cedar wood bed, and my headboard is all cracked on the sides revealing plywood like material! It was a great buying experience, but this situation has me regretting my purchase!! Sincerely, an unsatisfied customer sleeping on the floor since May. Update its almost July and my bed remains on the floor and broken!! Today is June 23rd 18' as of now I don't believe they will ever fix it!
