If I could give a negative star review, I would. The ad advertised your job is your credit. My experience was terrible until the manager stepped in which does not relieve the fact that the ad was false advertisement just to reel you in to their vulture of salesman. The moment your front two tires touched their parking lot. Their salesman will rush out of the building and bombard your vehicle like vultures that have not eaten in weeks. You do not get the opportunity to park your vehicle, turn off your vehicle, or remove your seatbelt.
As I exited my vehicle, I attempted to have a private conversation with the passenger of my vehicle, but was unable to do so due to a salesman interrupting .
Every time I attempted a personal conversation, this salesman would interrupt. I could not talk to the passenger of my vehicle that I bought along with me to even ask who we were supposed to meet at the dealership without the salesman insisting it is him.
I even had to cut the salesman off mid sentence to ask my passenger. Do you have my car keys and did you lock my door? I should not have to cut somebody off to talk to someone I bought along with me.
I had to interrupt the salesman to advise the advertisement I was coming in for then he informed me the advertisements are fake, and no sales do not exist . He attempted to pressure me into filling out an application without showing me any vehicles or asking me what I was looking for.
I was told there were vehicles for $5995 but when I get there, I was told by one person all the vehicles were sold that morning . Then I was told by another they sold the last one just before I got there.
I wasted four hours of my day at this dealership when I could have been doing something more productive with my time . The salesman advised I only qualified for 2000 down. I told him before running my credit what my budget was and I stood firm on it. The salesman wanted a cell so bad it was so desperate. He continue to tell me there’s no other option.
My passenger and I left the dealership denying all offers because they were not what I was able to comfortably afford at the time. While we were out eating dinner because we spent a good bit of the day at the dealership, leaving disappointed, we continue to receive text messages with suggestive deals. I have already declined those offers, but was continue to be nearly forced into a contract, I did not agree on.
The phone number which was used to contact me, had to be blocked due to harassment .
I also overheard a conversation from another salesman who said I need a sale I don’t care what I have to do. I need to make some money.
Before blocking the number, the salesman finally came to a reasonable price of a down payment that I was more than likely willing to deal with, but due to me already leaving the dealership and having dinner I declined that offer.
It does not make sense to me that if that offer was available, why wasn’t it given to me when I was at the dealership? Why wait until I leave and having dinner to ask me to come back?
It was not an actual question of asking me to come back. It was a demand of “ come get your car”.
The overall experience was terrible. I was partially updated on details and the salesman kept leaving his desk and myself without any updates and returning with. It will be a few more minutes. It’ll be a few more minutes. 10 more minutes 15 more minutes, but nothing else, but I need more of your time to waste.
My suggestion is to stick firm to what you believe and what you know you could afford because otherwise you’ll be coursed into something you cannot afford because they are trying to make a deal. Look good and sound good but you know you and you know what you can afford.
The ads that are posted are simply there to bait you in the salesman are not aware of any of the advertisements, but will try to force you into their contracts and continue to over talk you. They see you as financial gain and not as a customer...
Read moreFirst, I would like to start how this Dealership, have disappointed my 16-year-old son, in his 1st car purchase. Just when he thought he was getting an awesome 2024 black Altima, his dreams, were shattered, thanks to South Houston Nissan. This past Saturday, we had an 6pm appointment to purchase the car, after seeing it, the previous Monday. We were told by Marc Anthony, we didn't have to have a deposit, which I gladly would have done, to hold the car. This is what he was told per Manager. He said, he would take it out of inventory and put SOLD on it!! He even, stated, "He would put the car in the back." I talked to several people, starting with Jocelyn, then Cecilia. Each one told, me, the price with all my incentives that I would pay for the car. This car had savings of approximately $7,400..total of $20,259. I had pricing, Jocelyn had gived me. She stated, "that I would receive all these incentives, including First Responder Discount $500, being a current loan member of Nissan Motors $500, and also customer cash back $1,000...etc. So, price was definitely discussed contrary to speaking to rude Sales Manager Ryan on the day, we were leaving the house, for our 6pm appointment, on December 21st 2024. We are about to walk out the door, and someone calls us at 5:30pm, and says the car is SOLD!! I was livid, emotional upset because now, you have disappointed my 16-year son, from receiving his Christmas present.
Then, I received a call, within 10 mins later, after looking for my Salesperson, Marc Anthony, which I was told he was at lunch. Why would he be at lunch, when we have a car to purchase at the same time? That was mind-blowing, in itself!! So, insensitive Ryan, the Sales Manager, didn't show any remorse or empathy, towards my son, that could clearly hear him on the speaker phone, that that car was SOLD. Instead, he stated that that "we didn't discuss price." "Everything goes through me!" Also, stated, "its No way, I'm going to sell you that car for that price...etc." He stated, that if you qualify for the incentives. He started talking about $26,000 and a package also, had to be added. He stated, then, "all my cars will have that!" I even told him, to address me by my last name. He didn't deserve to call me by my first name, after you have disappointed my family. He was a little rude to me, so he was hung up on. I had enough, and so did my son, of listening. Ryan totally lacked any empathy towards my family, about that pricing on same, car that was sold earlier. He didn't even offer for us, to look at another car for a great deal or NOTHING!! I didn't get the opportunity to tell him, that I WAS ALREADY GIVEN PRICING PER JOCELYN! Also, I signed up for another gimmie, that says "Year End Inventory Blowout Sale." Per Cecilia, on that Friday, the 20th of December 2024, that you would get up to additional $1,500 that could be used off the price of the car, or as a downpayment. Then, I confirmed pricing with Marc Anthony, my Salesperson, the same day and his exact words, "ok, let me get with Alfredo." He made it, seem, that when I bring my husband, son, THE PRICING WAS AGREED UPON and he will be driving away in his new 2024 Altima. I was TOTALLY WRONG!! Oh, not to mention, my credit was pulled twice, by South Houston and Nissan Motors. So, now my credit rating has gone down and we still don't have a car, yet. Although, he is still in the process of purchasing another 2024 Altima, I have to let you all know, how you all wrong my son, in his 1st car buying process. For that reason, I have taken time, to write this long review. Do BETTER next time, with your potential customers.
Signed,
Mother of a 16-year-old 1st car purchase...
Read moreFirst let me just says, stay far far far away from this place. I've been to so many car dearlerships to help friends and family buy cars and I am also a former car salesman myself and this place is by far and I really mean by far the worst dealership I've ever visited. I know its the worst dealership in the city of houston thats for sure, but its probably competing for the worst dealership in the country. let me share my experience. We were intereted in a 2424 nissan frontier listed online for $29750. I contacted the dealership thru email to make sure the truck was still available for sale, someone name Alexis replied to my email, after a few emails exchanges with Alexis the "internet especialist" and Tayler the "sales manager" they assure me they will honor the internet price plus TTL. We set up an appointmend for the next day at 10:30. I secured financing thru my bank and everything was ready to go. I arrived at 10:35AM for my appointment I was greeted by a nice black gentleman at the door, he took me to the receptionist and asked for Alexis, but somebody named Claudia, Hispanic woman, brown hair, she told me that " Alexis was in the internet department and she was not going to come down to greet me or deal with me." I replied that I already had an agreement on a truck and price with alexis and the sales manager and that I need to talk to them, she replied with an attitude and visibly getting upset "Alexis will not come down here" In spanish, acting like I didn't speak english. I said ok. Claudia went back, grabbed some forms, maybe some credit application, but not sure, and wanted to start asking some questions about if we had ever finance a car. I cut her off and explain to her that we were there to see the 2024 blue frontier that we had discussed with Alexis and Tayler, and showed her the truck on my phone. And thats when she really got upset, visibly very angry she asked me "if I had ever purchased a car before?" I replied that I had purchased so many cars that she would be amazed(which is true). She replied by saying that if we don't answer her questions then, "we can have a nice day". Basically throwing us out of the building. I said great, Have a great day. And we left. My question to this dealership is, What is that woman doing in there? What kind of training are they providing to their car salesman? Seems like claudia has a big attitude problem, and its costing this dealership sales and money. But I truly believe that it stems from the high management down because at no point a sales manager step in and took over. At no point was there a phone call from management after we left to apologize , I even email Tayler the "sales manager" about my experience up to this day, no answer. Claudia seems to look down on us, maybe she thought we were three broke hispanic people with no money and bad credit. Let me just say, we're not rich but certainly we were not there to beg. She did not even bother to offer to show us the truck. it was her way or the highway. Maybe she is used to controling her customers by looking down on them, but when it comes to us, we were there to buy a truck our way because of the end of day is our money and were not going to let claudia with her bad attitude and condensending behavior control us like we're her puppets. To anybody reading this, stay far away from this place. There's alot of other nissan dealerships in houston and surrounding areas with great inventory that are willing to sell vehicles and provide great...
