Wasan Beauty — Local services in Houston

I'm disappointed to share that my experiences at this salon were consistently subpar. Initially, I was pleased with the owner, Wasan's, work on my first haircut. She did a great job and provided excellent customer service.

However, subsequent visits revealed a concerning pattern of poor customer service. During my second visit, Wasan's demeanor was surprisingly cold and unwelcoming. She barely made eye contact, didn't smile, and left me feeling uncomfortable. After doing my eyebrows, she left hair on my face and didn't even offer a napkin to clean up.

I gave Wasan another chance, thinking she might have just been having a bad day. Unfortunately, my next visit was equally underwhelming. Wasan failed to respond to my confirmation text, claiming she sent an email instead. The makeup service I received from another stylist was lacking, and Wasan's hair styling was completed in silence.

Throughout my visits, I found Wasan's behavior to be consistently rude and unprofessional. While I understand that businesses can have off days, my experiences suggest that this salon may struggle with providing consistent, quality customer service.

Wasan Beauty is my favorite hair salon in Houston. They opened their new stunning location about a month ago on Eldridge Parkway. The ladies were very welcoming, beautiful ambiance. Wasan (the owner) is highly experienced in hair styling, hair coloring, and hair extensions! Ronza is experienced with the Brazilian blow dry, and botox and protein hair treatments. This is the only salon that I have been to that knows how to install hair extensions that last for weeks! I have been putting hair extensions for 3 years now and I cannot trust any other hair stylist but wasan with applying them and re applying them without damaging my natural hair. You can also purchase the Bellami hair extensions at the salon for a much cheaper price than the local Bellami store. Highly recommend trying them out. Pricing is reasonable for their services. Wasan is professional and personable. I am very picky about my cuts! Wasan went above and beyond to make me comfortable. My hair is gorgeous I just love the cut she gave me it’s so manageable! Wasan is my favorite stylist she is an artist and has an eye for beauty!! I recommend getting your hair done with Wasan 100%.
