I have been a consistent customer for several years now both via doordash and also in person since i live right across the street. Time and time again, this place CONSISTENTLY messes up my order. Today was my final straw. I had my boyfriend order me a BrĂ»lĂ©e Viet Coffee with honey boba on his way home from work. when he arrived, there was no toffee crunch topping and no honey boba despite being charged for it. not only that, but the quality has significantly declined and so has the portion size on the egg rolls, however the price is outrageous. $27 for two teas and two egg rolls and you can’t even get my order right! and it would be one thing if this was a single occurrence, but i have called the management of this store before and told them that this has been a consistent issue that they need to talk to their staff about. i’ve worked in customer service my entire life and am currently a server in a fine dining restaurant, i know how things work behind the scenes. this issue is CLEARLY stemming from a lack of strong leadership and quality control.

after i received my tea from my boyfriend and noticed it was messed up, i went into the store to complain. while the lady i talked to was sweet, there was no manager on duty so i doubt my complaint will actually be taken seriously. once again, poor planning on management’s part. additionally, she told me that the toffee crunch topping is no longer on the drink due to supply issues. fine, whatever. but the decent thing to do would be to disclose that to the customer before selling the product! i wouldn’t have got that drink in the first place if i knew there would be no toffee crunch. especially because there is a picture of a different drink with that same topping still on their wall, leading me to believe they have that topping. false advertising isn’t cool lol.

tdlr: while the quality of the food and drinks here used to be amazing, it has significantly declined and is now watery, bland, and nothing to write home about. 2/5 stars for food.

service is consistently horrible and you’re lucky to have an experience where the staff doesn’t look at you like you’re the dirt beneath their toes, much less get your order right. 0/5 stars

the price is absolutely absurd considering the quality of the product and service no longer make up for it. go to bubble tea house down the street, they still have pre covid prices and a much friendlier atmosphere; the owner knows me by name and asks about my family every time i come. 0/5 stars

management, there are several very clear issues here that are turning long time customers such as myself away. PLEASE do better, i used to...

There’s a lady of asian descent that’s a bit older in age that works here that’s very rude and unwelcoming. I came to study here and it was approaching 9:00 PM. She starts mopping the floors, cleaning the tables, and flipping the chairs on the tables all around me (which I understand). At this point, I’m under the impression that the store closes at 9:30 PM, and I’m the only person inside doing work on my laptop. Around 9:05 PM, I get notified by her that the store is closing soon, and I’m like sure okay, that’s in 25 minutes though. Around 9:10 PM, I hear her talking to another employee saying she is “waiting for me to leave” and I see her do more aggressive cleaning around where I’m sitting. I get notified by her once more that the store is closing soon a few minutes later. At this point, I’m already distracted and irritated. I hear her once again talking to an employee in the back around 9:17-9:18 PM about me still being there. This is extremely unprofessional, considering business hours state you guys close at 9:30 PM. I should technically be allowed to stay until 9:29 PM if I want to. Cleaning aggressively around me and making lots of noise, and notifying me 2-3 times about closing time is really annoying and rude. You can kindly notify me once at 9:20 PM, but this was excessive. Hearing that I’m being talked about in the kitchen was also very upsetting. I’m just a customer who wanted to support a local business and get some work done, and I was locked in on my task with the goal of finishing by 9:30 PM, but I was not able to do so because of this distraction.

I hope that you guys can do something about this, and allow your customers to stay until the time that is displayed in your...

This is my new favorite drink spot. They have a lot of cool, original and delicious offerings on their menu. The inside of the store is pretty, very calming and inviting. My son and I went in and sat while waiting for our order, they weren't busy and the two girls behind the counter could not have been more polite. I ordered the brĂ»lĂše viet coffee frappe, I chose to add some coffee bubbles too and my son ordered the galaxy lemon tea. I did not know much about Vietnamese coffee versus regular Arabica beans so in case anyone else is a newbie, I like it better because its stronger both in flavor and caffeine potency, its bold and a little thicker. This drink in particular still has me peppy but not overly so, I'm also not sensitive to caffeine. It is now the only coffee beverage I want, you can also get it hot. It was creamy, sweet but not overly so and just had so much depth. The galaxy lemon tea was a treat for the eyes and taste buds and I do not typically like sour or tart but this was neither of those. It was maybe slightly reminiscent of Arnold Palmer which my son loves, but better. Muse is a great little spot and I love how close it is. Definitely 5+☆ and I can't...

Oh man I been wanting to try this place for some time and I finally had a chance today to stop by. The inside decor is very modern and aesthetically pleasing. The same goes to their minimalistic menu. You can tell that the owner had thoughtful touches of decor here and there. We got the sea salt jasmine milk tea. Perfection 5/5. I been missing this drink from my regular boba place near my parents house but now I can just go here whenever I’m craving it. It’s light, floral and delicate taste is a perfect balance of blends of jasmine and sea salt. I love it. My husband had the galaxy lemon tea. 5/5. I took many, many sips of his lol. I actually ended up stealing 1/4 of his drink when we got home. The taste is very refreshing and the presentation of the drink is very aesthetically pleasing. We also got their popcorn chicken in spicy and it was cooked perfectly and fresh. 5/5. I was hoping it be slightly more spicy but other than that everything was perfect. I can’t wait to come back and try their other menu options.

Our family’s favorite Boba Tea Establishment! Muse Tea is an underrated standalone tea house that figured out how to have delicious drinks in a comfortable environment while offering a professional level of service. Any place can make delicious drinks, but few can setup operations in a way that makes you feel comfortable that the establishment is clean, safe, and of high quality. My wife and I swing by this place after most of our long walk along Terry Hershey Park nearby and we enjoy quick rehydration with the Shaken Fruit Tea (25% Sweet + Aloe Vera using Mango & Passion Fruit as flavors). We have come here so often, some of the staff know exactly what we are going to order the moment we step out of the car (looking at you Brittany - Thanks!). If you are looking for a nice place to hydrate, continue a date, socialize, or study for a bit on a laptop, Muse Tea is a perfect place to visit.
