I used to live in the Eldridge energy corridor area and used to come to this park all the time. I moved and still drive here whenever I want to workout or go for a stroll. They keep it clean and everyone seems to follow the rules. I love the trees along the path for a little shade on the hot days. Plenty of benches, a few gazebos and a playground for the kids. Read moreNice park. Not the greatest, but simple enough. There are several dog parks in Houston. Not sure why people will be confused about a sign stating no dogs allowed as one reviewer posted. Reviewer posted misinformation about usage of parks for dogs in general and failed to post the "unless specifically posted" section found on the precinct4 website. As posted at the entrance, " no dogs allowed." People who ignore the signs, don't clean up after their pets and it makes the park messy and smelly.
