1000 Degrees Pizza Salad Wings — Restaurant in Houston

I called 30 mins for a pick up order only to get there and the pizzas were not made. Maybe they misunderstood me, not sure. Then once they began to make the pizzas they made one of them wrong because the info was written down wrong for the order. And due to rushing the pizzas we’re burnt. And I asked, “are you going to sell us that pizza burnt like that”, so ONE was remade…and the lady at the register gave me a larger pizza for a smaller size, but unfortunately the bottoms of the pizzas were still burnt and tasted so bitter that we could not eat them. Threw them out and ended up ordering something else. The pizza reminds me of real Italian pizza, more so the crust then the toppings. Keep in mind these pizzas are cooked in 2 min in 700° to 800° oven, so there is a little char on the crust and the bottom (like a tortilla). You can order one of their menu pizzas,or build your own. The first two time we ate here we got two 14 inch pizzas to share for my three boys and myself at about $19 each pizza. This time we decided to each get a 10 inch at about $11 each pizza. So I’ve been to other locations and they’re awesome. This is my second time here first was a charm not this one though. I’ll tey to male it as short as possible. Bought 2 pizzas for me and my son by the time I was paying I ordered a third one. Well while I get in line for the third order and I hear the main guy say that 2 puzzas got burnt. Yes they were mine. I could understand a pizza gets burnt what I don’t understand that after they burnt my pizzas they would take care of everybody in the store and last one was me.
