The staff that I encountered at the counter and on the phone today were nothing short of incompetent. I called in asking what the current wait for an oil change is. I was told that he didn't know because they only have 2 bays used for oil changes, and they are both occupied. I told him I understood and then asked if he could estimate the wait. He then said he wasn't sure but that I could go online to schedule a time that best fits my availability. I told him I'm available now since I'm coming from work and they are on my way home. He said well one car has a wheel lock that the techs nor customer has and not sure when they will get one. The other bay is waiting on a filter to complete an oil change. (why would you start an oil change before making sure you have what is needed to complete it?)I then suggest that while they are waiting for parts to come in, can they do a quick oil change. He then says no because they are waiting for parts. I arrive at the location and let the guy know I was the gentleman that just called. He tells me it will be about an hour wait while they wait on parts. I replied that it is very possible to complete another oil change in half that time. He then says he needs to ask the techs. While I'm waiting due him to return, another associate comes to the desk and asks if I've been helped. I respond "not really". I tell him I would like an oil change. He asks, would you like to leave it? (In my mind I'm like, for an oil change?) If not I can schedule you for tomorrow. I said unfortunately I won't be able to come back tomorrow nor will I be able to leave it here. He said that it would be at least 20 minutes before they can finish one car and that it would rage 45 minutes to do my oil change. I am him why would it take that long, I just wanted a simple oil change. He says because we have to run digital inspection. I told him I don't care for the inspection, especially since it's only used as an uncharge tactic. He said unfortunately it's policy. I try one last time and ask "even if I decline the inspection"? He did we have to. In my mind, any business who cares to make money wouldn't turn away business while at a stand still for for being properly stocked or prepared. I've been patronizing this location for over 10 years even back when they were called Driver's Auto. It has...

I live right across the street, so this shop is the most convenient option for car inspections and repairs. About six months ago, I had my headlights replaced here. The price was a bit high, but I went ahead because of the convenience. The work was fine.

Recently, my car window stopped working, so I went back, trusting they'd be fair. They charged $160 just for a diagnosis—which already felt excessive. Still, I agreed. Thirty minutes later, they quoted me over $900 to fix the window, saying the motor and regulator needed replacement. Even with a “discount” for being a returning customer, it was $800+. They also made it clear they didn’t really want me to bring my own parts—though they’d still charge over $500 in labor alone if I did.

A quick search online showed the parts cost between $50–$100. Long story short, I decided to go to another shop instead and paid $250 total for the same repair, labor and parts included.

I’m furious and disappointed. As a loyal customer who lives steps away, I feel completely ripped off. This wasn’t just overpriced—it was insulting. You didn’t just lose one job, you lost a long-term customer. I’ll...

I’m truly shocked at the high ratings this place has. I made the mistake of purchasing an oil change bundle that covers 5 oil changes back when this place had a different name. After the second attempt to get these I gave up and took my vehicle somewhere else. Today I’m sitting in the waiting area relieved that this is my last oil change and I will never be back. Every time I have been here I’ve scheduled and early morning Saturday appointment. My experience has been either they don’t have the parts needed, there’s only one tech who is busy or the tech hasn’t shown up. Today I watched the people here order the oil needed for my car get the wrong oil delivered, order it again and it’s been an hour and 10 minutes since I walked in. Not one time have they communicated any of this to me, but since it’s happened before, I am not surprised. Because I wanted to use the paid for oil changes I’ve had my son use them. The last time he was here he waited 2 hours for an oil change, with an appointment! This is not the place for you if you value time...

I came here for an oil change as my first visit and it will definitely be my last visit. An oil change should be one of the simplest maintenance routines, but this shop forgot to put on the oil gasket plug which cause my vehicle to leak oil. It's a good thing my car is newer and has an oil sensor, if not this shop would have cost me an engine. The leak was found when I was getting my car serviced at another shop. When I called in, the shop was hesitant to take my vehicle saying I needed to bring it in the next day because they were about to close. Since my car was still leaking, I had to take it upon myself to show up in-person to made sure it got handled the same day. After the supposed fixed, my car begins leaking oil a few days later since the oil drain plug was likely tightened too much. A one time is a mistake, but twice is negligent. By the end of this situation, I end up with wasted time and a stained drive way from the oil.

Went on a Friday and was told I need to change my alternator and drive belt. One bolt was stuck and they said they’ll need to keep the car another day. Saturday rolls around and they still can’t get the bolt out, I said no worries I’ll go somewhere else. The manager insisted they can get it figured out by Monday and he’ll keep me posted(the shop is closed Sundays). Monday at 3pm rolls around, i hear nothing all day, I go to the shop and they said they took the belt out and can’t get it back in so my car wouldn’t run and they were never able to replace my alternator. I ended up having to call a tow truck myself and have it sent to a different shop. The other shop resolved the issue in a few hours. Save yourself the time and headache and go to an actual auto shop and not a chain shop like this.

Took my car in for an oil change today. First-time customer. Terrance and Zack, the managers were knowledgeable and friendly. The service took over an hour, and some things were left messy. They left a 3 inch oil spot under the hood on the plastic guard by the radiator. The TPMS light was on upon arrival. When I got in to leave, it was still on. I stopped to check the tire pressure... all four tires were low, and one of the valve stem caps was cross threaded (I could tell someone took it off because their fingerprints were in the brake dust on the rim by the valve stem). The invoice states this as part of the service provided. Not to mention, the hood was ajar when I left. It popped up, and the warning light came on. All in all, I don't think I'll be using them again. Tread lightly.
