Dr. Zhou saved my grandmother’s life. When several doctors had seen my grandmother and had not been able to identify what was wrong, Dr. Zhou ordered a few tests and was able to identify the issue right on time. It was a life threatening gallstone that had punctured her small intestine and caused an infection. She was able to convey the severity of the matter to my family and persuade them to get my grandmother immediate medical help. That, however, was not the extent of Dr. Zhou’s care for my grandmother. After she was admitted to the hospital, Dr. Zhou was in constant communication with me and my family to ensure we understood my grandmother’s condition. She even took the extra time to visit my grandmother in the hospital several times after work. My grandmother was able to get the needed surgery and has recovered successfully, thanks to Dr. Zhou. We are forever indebted to her. I cannot give enough praise to Dr. Zhou...
Read moreSTAY AWAY from this doctor. She wants you to keep seeing her to spend more money. She will only prescribe medication for one month's supply so you can keep going back to her office. I found out about it when I changed my primary doctor. In addition, She rushed in and out without really explain things. For waiting time, you need to wait 3 hours to see her even if you make an appointment (this happened every time I go to her office). Updated: after reading the response, I do not have a chronic disease. I have been prescribed with Tretinoin. I asked the doctor for more than one supply, she said insurance might not cover it. she didn't even check my insurance. How come another family doc can prescribe more than one month supply but this doctor cannot? I have to keep coming back to get another one. As of now, I just go to a dermatologist or another family doc because they won't ask me to keep coming back to...
Read moreThe plus side is there was a station with water bottles, snacks and tea. That seems thoughtful. I never saw a doctor there because the first paper I filled out was a Covid symptoms form. Apparently if you have a cough, a fever, shortness of breath, etc - any one of the symptoms of what I would describe as a symptom of an illness, you can't see a doctor in person; you have to do an online appointment. In my situation, since I already knew the first thing a sane doctor would want to do is check my lungs with a stethoscope for lung infection (turns out I had walking pneumonia) I declined service. Why should I pay for one office "visit" virtually, only to have them schedule an in-person? That system sounds pretty stupid to me. I just wanted treatment, thank you. I got...
