we came across this hidden gem thanks to yelp! it's located in an empty parking lot on corporate drive right behind hmart! they don't even have an ig or a website :o

this food truck specializes in jianbing which is a traditional chinese street food that's often eaten for breakfast. it's basically a fried egg crepe wrapped w spam! the tianjin-style jianbing didn't have any protein but there was a large crispy wonton. it also had a tiny hint of spice from the chili oil and savory bean paste! overall the food was very filling for a really good price!

i recommend going early bc some items sell out quick! we got there around noon and they were already out of the chinese burger :( also make sure to bring cash w you i think they're cash-only!

This food trucker is a hidden gem in Chinatown. One of the only place you can get Chinese breakfast. The owner speaks English and all the menu have English and Chinese on it. It's my mom and me first time trying the food here so we bought a bunch of food. They were all delicious and worth every dollar.
