Be very cautious when purchasing a used vehicle and never get your vehicle detailed here. The used vehicles sold are very obviously rushed out for a fast turnaround. Sadly I fell for manipulation and did not discover several issues until a couple days after the purchase. Management used extra warranties as leverage to repair damages. There was an abundance of surface scratches throughout the vehicle. Management promised that if I purchased the auto armor warranty the scratches would be buffed and detailed out and the ceramic coating will be applied over. After this was done the scratches were very evidence still and the detail Manager proceeded to lie and make up excuses as to why they were unable to buff out. I’ve been in the automotive industry for 15 years and I know what’s a lie and what the detailers are capable of doing and these were simple surface scratches. After a second time they were still very evident and at that point the service manager who was great stepped in to get the problem resolved. The initial scratches were taken care of after the service manager had to step in but more damages were occurred to the vehicle from poor workmanship and the detailing department. Now there are new damages but the initial scratches were taking out. I brought it to the managements attention that the serpentine belt was squealing on with the brakes and they continue to give me excuses as to why that was happening. Read moreI was trying to get basic service (feature update/reprogram) on my Silverado 2500. After sitting ALL day at Bergstrom only to be sent home with no service completed. I had to call them multiple times to force Ying to do his job and proactively check for an update he still couldn’t get their act together and get my service completed. I made a call to Gandrud and they made an opening the same day to get the upgrade done that took them 20 minutes to complete. A task that Bergstrom couldn’t pull off for 4 days. I’ll travel to the east side for quality service over getting the runaround and mediocre (at best) service from a dealer 2 miles away. I’d give 0 stars, but after a phone call to the Service Manager who was extremely apologetic and also quite upset that his advisor couldn’t handle the situation without giving me the runaround for 4 days they offered to help cover the cost of the service that I paid for elsewhere.
