Purchased a vehicle at Bergstrom Oshkosh on Jackson Street had it for a day coolant leak. They had it for two weeks. Got it back with the damage done no one would get back to me so I went to Bergstrom body shop on Taylor Street and got the best service from Bergstrom I’ve ever gotten and this is my third vehicle purchased from them. The gentleman Jay that helped me and heard my story told me he would help me out and I just picked up my Jeep Wrangler after having the damage equal in $2000 repaired that Bergstrom did, also minor repairs that should’ve been taken care of before the vehicle was sold and I appreciate them so much for all their hard work and I would recommend the Bergstrom on Taylor Street any day. Unfortunately my new Tundra needed some fixing and Bergstrom of Green Bay was recommended by my insurance company. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Brad and John did a terrific job of explaining everything to me and getting the work completed right on time! I have to say the truck was cleaner and better detailed when I picked it up from Bergstrom of Green Bay’s Body Shop then it was from the other dealer i purchased it from new.
