I had a prescription called in on a Thursday evening at 5:45pm. I called ahead to let them know they should be expecting one for me and provided insurance info to help speed along the process. I showed up at 7:45pm to pick it up and they tell me they have no record of a prescription for me, so I left and called my doctor to verify the prescription was called in, and they confirmed it had been. I called CVS back and asked them to check again and they put me on hold for four minutes and when they came back on all they had for me was “uhhhh, yeah I guess we do have your prescription.
