I went to get 2 vapes. I am a part of their rewards program and earned a free vape. They like to check IDs to use your reward, which is understandable. I didn't have my ID with me when she asked and I said I don't have it so just save the reward. Then she started telling me that when I use tap and pay now I have to show ID. Then she proceeds to show a hand written notice on the counter stating that 80 dollars or more would require ID information to be written down. I asked her what my total was agin and my total was only 27. Then she said if you have a "problem" with that I can talk to the manager. I said I don't have a problem with that I just don't have an ID, she repeated again that I need to provide my ID and if I have a "problem"with that then I can talk to manager. I was 100% fine with not being able to use tap and pay, but she was being so rude and short with me as if I have a problem, which I didnt... just didn't bring my ID. So I said I don't have a problem with it but I'll talk to the manager then, mainly bc I was done talking to her and it seemed like she just wanted a problem. He said it was fine and they just want to start matching IDs to the virtual card so i bought them and left. (Side note: my name doesnt pop up on my card for tap and pay, just the card logo and last 4 digits, so theres nothing to compare names to) Once I got home I went to the actual vapes website and ordered 10 for 10 bucks each, about 60% cheaper then there. I won't be returning, it was annoying to be treated like I had a problem when I absolutely didn't. I didn't even disagree with the policy. It was just so uncalled for to be treated like I'm difficult when I couldn't care less if an ID was needed and would have provided it if I had it. I would have even been fine to be denied service for no ID for tap and pay and would have run home to get it and come back. She was rude...

Selection isn't as good as the other stores. Biggest issue is I seen two kids from my 17 year old daughters class walk in and make a purchase without being carded.
