I cannot begin to tell you what a horrendous experience this was, I am 80 years old. I had to save the money to go after having a terrible perm experience last year at Pennyās. They charge you for a consultation, but I had to explain for almost 30 minutes to the girl. She could not comprehend that my very white hair comes up much quicker than the rest of my hair and a test curl had to be done. I explained to her my hair has been on my head for these 80 years and I promised her she did it all at the same time I would have nothing but fuzz. So for whatever reason, she did not listen and I paid a huge some money not just for a perm that burned my hair all over and the back of my neck but for the worst haircut Iāve ever had. In case you think Iām not qualified to say that, I taught beauty school when I was younger . to top it off when she finished, I said, are you going to set it? Because as a beautician, I know that perms last longer if the first couple of times are set in rollers and she looked absolutely amazed that I would even ask. The one good thing I can say is she was kind but I am so thoroughly disgusted now after paying over $150 for a burned head I have to go find someone that can cut it and...

We waited for 30mins and the only contact we had with a staff member was with the girl who gave my daughter her cape. After waiting 30minutes and the salon being empty (only one other customer) I approached the front desk to find out what was going on. I was told the stylist was ārunning lateā but ensured he would be there to take care of my daughter with in 5 mins. We agreed to stay. After 15 mins he still had not arrived. The manager never checked on us, or was even aware that her staff had not shown. When managing a business, how do you not know your employees have not arrived to work, especially when we were the first appointment of the morning???? I had bought my mother a gift certificate from casals as i have been there previously and loved it for christmas..... well since january we have not been able to get scheduled as they have been booked and my mother and i have schedules needed to be worked around.... now in september we finally got a booking for the both of us and i get a phone call the day before while im at work that they need to cancel because the girl called off�������� no i can not reschedule i work at a hospital and my mother works also we had are hearts set on thos and you dont have another employee to cover!!!
