If you are going to break down on a cross country trip, you want to be near the people of Luther Hudson Chevrolet when you do. After being stranded early Sunday morning, I had a tow truck take my vehicle to the closest GM dealership, which was Luther Chevrolet. I was there when they opened up first thing Monday morning and explained my situation. Although they had a full schedule, they managed to get the vehicle in and diagnosed by 9:30 AM. I was convinced it was an expensive alternator problem but their tests showed simply a bad cell on the battery. They put in a new battery and ran all the tests again and assured me that I didn't need the much more expensive repair I thought I needed. This location does not perform multipoint service inspections for vehicles that come in for a repair. These guys are great at cutting corners and doing a sub-par job. I brought my vehicle in for a recall and then found out they didn’t even bother to perform a full inspection because I wasn’t worth their time. I think they would have done an inspection if i was driving a nicer cadillac but I wasn’t worth their time since I wasn’t rich by their standards. If you want to be treated like dirt due to your income status and if you want a half-ass job done, this is the place. Sad establishment, should probably be shut down.
