My family and I (7 total) did the Speakeasy Dinner and Escape Room and we were not disappointed! The food at Less Than Greater Than was amazing. It was cooked to perfection with great flavor and presentation. AND THE DESSERT...to die for! We loved the drink pairings to each course as well. We were also not expecting any dinner "entertainment" but it made the entire experience tie in nicely. The escape room is difficult, yet exciting. Although we did not successfully escape, the room challenged us as a group and made for a great bonding activity. The staff brings out the spirit of this escape room and were extremely helpful (not just with clues) but also throughout the booking process. This is a wonderful gift option (you can purchase vouchers online) for a date night or could serve well as a girls night out. My daughter just had her 10th birthday party here and they were really nice to block out the group so it was just her and a few friends, without having to have a complete booking, considering we didn't do a formal birthday party package. Really fun waiting area with a number of puzzles, games and drinks. We did Watson's Revenge and whilst the girls weren't succesful in escaping, they all had so much fun and wanted to come back. The puzzles are varied and challenging yet there is someone to guide them through a TV screen, offering tips along the way so that they didn't get fustrated. So it really does work for all abilities but there can be a fair bit of reading, so I don't think they recommend it for anyone younger. Very friendly and helpful staff. I've always had a good time at both the old and new Puzzlescape locations. I was so sad when they mentioned closing due to COVID last year, but was so happy to hear they've opened back up at a new location.

Despite the room being pretty tough (we weren't able to make it out in an hour and we've made it out of 95% of our escape room visits in the past), we were given extra time and explanations for everything we weren't able to figure out.

One of the puzzles had a slight issue but it was extremely minor. They just reopened so they are definitely working out the kinks and trying to get everything just right for the best experience.
