I just took my son's watch for battery and the lady said she cannot set it after placing new battery coz the second hand came out. It was all intact when i handed it to her and she admitted that it came loose when she change the batterry and blame of the watch age. I told her we just brought the watch in Switzerland few months ago. She then said you may have to send it back. She obviously rough with it. Its a shame coz i used them before and was happy with their service but this time i left so upset with a broken watch. Now, i have to pay for repair!

Response to the owner.. I had swiss watches that lasted me 20 plus years without any problem. The fact that you're making it an excuse for the quality of the watch and still denying and not taking responsibility that obviously it happened when she placed the battery. Such a poor customer service compared to my experience...

I thought of Dixon Jewelers since they have always been so great with repairs, designs and excellent service in the past. I was on a two week deadline before leaving town for our wedding. (last minute of course) I could not find a band, so Andy said, "lets design and make a shadow band for your engagement ring and we can get it in time before you leave" HE DID IT! Don't waste your time bringing any silver coins or 24k Goldbacks. My wife and I were referred to this place. We were kindly greated but the person on the phone did not want to purchase anything.we had to offer... they sent us on our way to a different buyer... Overpriced used items and low ball buyer. Go to a pawn shop instead. Trust me.. please read what the owner replied.. hilarious..the owner clarified that there is NO ROOM for silver or any Goldbacks..when they do make room..they will low ball you..trust me..like the owner said NO ROOM for mint condition coins or 24k currency at the moment.. don't waste...
