Where do I start...Back on 3/9/24 my husband and I went to the Supernova Deerbrook location. We walked around the store looking and searching and found what we wanted. A BIG SECTIONAL. Ok the color we wanted was not at the warehouse, so we were ok with it having to be shipped in. We were told 3/19/24 that it would be delivered. We went on an 8-day cruise 3-31-4-7-24. Got back in town I went on a Girl's Trip 4-12-15-24 as I landed back in Houston my phone was blowing up with calls and text messages. Stating that someone was headed to my home to deliver my sectional sofa set. Only to get home and it's a loaner set. Nice for them to give us a loaner. I never asked for a loaner I should have known something was up then. My sales rep calls me to see if I received the loaner and everything, and before she gets off the phone, she throws in Hey Mrs. Price if you like the loaner, it can be yours. I'm like No Thanks not the color we want, it was brand new and everything just not the color. Long story short I called about my sectional and was told its not in yet or you'll have it in 2 weeks. Very RUDE about me calling checking on what we had paid for. Well on 6/8/24 I go up to Supernova Patricia Lopez manager and Tyee Green (Sales Rep.) told me that my sectional would be there on 6/12/24 and I'll have it by Saturday (which I knew was a lie). Tyee Green called me on Saturday 6/15/24 stating she was just touching bases with me. Not to tell me that someone was on the way to deliver my sectional. Didn't even tell me that it didn't come in as it supposed to. Again, NO sectional so I go back to Supernova on 6/17/24 spoke with Ana again broken promises. I've NEVER heard of no one taking 3+months to deliver and have SO MANY DAM EXCUSES. It wasn't no problem for them to get paid on March 9th paid in full still no sectional. I Will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They get you do review right then, and you give them a good review and you still without your merchandise. Read moreZUNNY!!!! This review is long overdue. I recently purchased furniture from Supernova HUMBLE location and Zunny was an ABSOLUTE delight! I started my furniture search back in January for my new spot. I went to the 290 location as it was the closest one to me. That was an absolute HORRIBLE nightmare and the WORST experience I have ever had purchasing furniture (see review on 290)!!! 0/10 do not recommend. I contacted the humble location to cancel my order becuase no one was responding or had answers for me at 290 and Zunny LISTENED and UNDERSTOOD my frustration. I initially cancelled the order but the way Zunny handled the situation with such genuine care and understanding I decided to give her location a shot and I am glad that I did!!
Not only did she take my order from the previous store, she ensured that my custom furniture was delivered within the ten day delivery window! She was extremely thorough on the specifications and made sure it was made the EXACT way I was requesting. She made multiple videos with the specifications I wanted and even gave me great input on the pillow selection. The sectional is SO beautiful!!! I waited a month dealing with the 290 store and still didn't have an answer or the furniture. She kept me informed throughout the entire process even on the delivery day there was a hiccup and she rectified it that day!! I really want to let the Houston community know how much this woman really cares about her customers. You're not just a number with her and she doesn't force you to buy anything when shopping. In today's climate where finances are strained and customer service is lacking I can say its people like Zunny that keep family businesses running. She truly is a treasure to Supernova! 10/10 I HIGHLY recommend. Shop at the Humble location: they have a great selection, you will enjoy the experience and ask for ZUNNY!!

This place will always have my business! RALPH AND PATTY ARE BOTH AMAZING! They both went above and beyond during my visit here. The customer service was astronomical like literally out of this world. I walked in just to see what they had and Ralph saw me looking lost and didn't even hesitate to help me. Ralph got me exactly what I was looking for in a timely manner and even stayed past closing to get me done. Patty was a big help in making everything happen and making sure the price is right. I will definitely be back to patronize the humble store and RALPH specifically!
EDITTT! This place is terrible and they know it. It's going on 4 weeks I've been waiting for my furniture which is fine. The promise date was supposed to be 7/12. Then my furniture arrived damaged to the warehouse. So now they have to reorder my furniture and I have to wait even longer. Not to mention I found my furniture cheaper than this place elsewhere. So the bs they sell you about having the best prices is a definite lie. They tried to charge $750 for the table I wanted but when I showed them the price on Ashley they magically went don't to $599 then the chair I ordered is $900 on Ashley but they charged $1000. They definitely feed you a bunch of crap. I just want a refund and to be done with this place. Then both PATTY and RALPH had the audacity to say I signed a no refund and no cancellation policy. Like what are you trying to tell me? You guys didn't deliver on your part of the contract? I have been given the run around and apparently nobody is available on the weekend and the phone just rings.
