Are you a breakfast lover? Do you normally frequent chain establishments that provide not so much consistency? Well I’ve got news for you. I you visit Country Scrambled Cafe 2 you won’t ever have that problem. The menu is endless. Breakfast is their major attraction, but they also have fried fish and burgers. Do you enjoy pancakes? Well you’re just in luck, their pancakes are as fluffy as the pillow you slept on last night. They’re enriched with flavor and the provider syrup matches them perfectly, as well as the French toast. Their home style made-to-order potatoes are heaven sent. Customer service is a big deal for me. They’ve got their hospitality down like clock work. Even if they’re busy, your wait will likely be around 15-20 minutes, which is very good for a Sunday morning at 11am. Shay was our server and she was top notch. She got our food out promptly and continued to check on us throughout our stay. Mom and pop businesses are the backbone of this community. Gives these guys and try and come back to Google for your honest review. Bon apatite!

Cheap grits, powered eggs, dry french toast, but worst of all overcharged, the Shrimp omelet was $12.99 but instead they rung it up as if i added shrimp for $9.99, this all could have been avoided prior to paying but they make you pay at table before you can even see what your being charged, how crazy is that, brought it to waiter and front desk attention AFTER bill got paid to see copy of order, they couldn't even expain why i was charged that way, i just left because i didn't want to wait another 15mins for that... Your response valudates my review, apparently your reading comprehension skills aren't very good. It was clearly stated i ordered "shrimp omelet" and didn't add shrimp to my order, and if i did add shrimp to my omelet "which i didn't" paying $9.99 for added small frozen shrimp to an omelet which cost $7.99 is bad commonsense on your part. Also, yes you do serve powdered eggs that's mixed in with regular eggs, a plate full of dark yellow eggs with no egg white showing is a dead give away along with the rubbery taste...save your lies

Walking in, we were immediately greeted and seated seconds later. We had our bags with us from the airport, and they pointed out a place that they would be secure and out of the flow of people. With the name "Country Scrambled," they had the decor to match, with various chickens represented in various art forms. The seating was very laid back casual with both tables and booths. The special today was 1/2 price burgers with a drink order. We had one sweet and one unsweetened teas served in Mason-like jars with handles. My selection was The Big Boy Burger, a double burger with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and cheese. I asked for them to add jalapeños. They added a whole fresh pepper sliced on the open face of the burger. It was a beautiful sight for one who enjoys peppers. Refills were prompt, and the server, Saundra, was a great person to meet. I wish lived close enough for another visit.

Oh how i wanted to love this place. It was so cute and homey on the inside. As a former server in the restaurant industry I try to be super patient and understanding with my servers. I was with my adult children who also serve in a restaurant. It takes a lot to make us write a negative review. For starters, it doesn't impress us to try to "memorize" our order when you get it wrong and have to ask us multiple times to repeat it and you still bring the wrong thing. Please, just write it down. There were only about 10 tables occupied and there appeared to be several servers and maybe a hostess/manager/owner. I'm not sure what her role was. We got our food. It was sub par but I probably would not have bothered writing a review about it. I'm not sure what happened but after we got our food, we became invisible. No one followed up with us to see if we needed anything. I tried desperately to make eye contact, say "Excuse me" and finally flailed my arms waiting for someone to notice me so I could get a to go box. Not because the food was good but because it wasn't. I wanted my dogs to at least get my money worth. I finally flagged down a lady who I thought was the hostess and asked for a to go box. She said ok but proceeded to seat people and do other things. After 10 minutes I flagged down our server who was checking on everyone except us. She came over and I said, "I asked some lady for a to go box 10 minutes ago and she never brought it." She said, "The manager? I'm not suprised." and then she began to walk off. I was like, "So um, can you bring us one??" She brought us the to go box and that stupid device you pay on where they stand there waiting for you to leave a tip. We always tip good, above 20 percent and in cash when they were good servers but that wasn't the case. This place had such potential. Maybe under new ownership I may come back. Other than that, this was my only...

I hardly ever give a low star review. I can always find something positive to say about a place. Our server was really nice and took care of our table. No problems at all with the taste of our food. My 80yr old MIL enjoyed her lunch. The atmosphere was very quaint and has a cute country/chicken and rooster theme. Loved all that.

This is what made me REALLY question the kitchen/management's decisions: when my order came, our server placed 2 side orders of broccoli instead of just 1. She realized it and said, "oh, must be an extra one, just keep it." I said, "thank you, how kind!" She smiled and continued handing out the rest of the food to our table. She left to go back to the kitchen.

A little bit later she came back and said she was sorry and said, "THE KITCHEN WANTS THE EXTRA SERVING OF BROCCOLI BACK"...took it and profusely apologized again.

I so wanted to "speak to the manager" but didn't want to be called a KAREN.

But are you SERIOUS? What the heck are you going to do with the broccoli taken back to the kitchen? Serve it to someone else? That's what it looked like. Does this happen often and is this your policy?

I wasn't even given the opportunity to purchase it. Why waste it? It was our first time to visit Country Scrambled Cafe2 and we were so excited to try a place new to us. Why should...

The food here is great, however the service is horrible. Be prepared to wait to be seated even when there are plenty of open tables. Once you get seated it's a 50/50 chance you'll get a decent server. Today waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee, ordered everything up front but still had to ask for things the server forgot. And then still didn't get items. Tried to speak with management but was told they are busy. No excuse for poor service. On top of all of that a server came to my table (I had no business with him) and insulted me told me "it's always something with you" I have never made a complaint here until today. He kept insulting me, then walked to another table and talked about me to the customers. I insisted to pay full price I did not complain to get something free. I understand being busy and don't mind waiting for table/food but poor service is not good. I repeatedly asked for owner to call me to discuss everything but was told you need to call and talk to them here, when I asked when they'll be there and pretty much was told I had to guess and just call at different times during the week and get lucky to reach them. Very...
