I have more than once been disappointed with my experience at Fink's. A few years ago my parents purchased a ring for me which they cut and solder to fit my small finger. 13 months later I went back as it had come apart and they would not fix it for me, citing that I only had a 12 month warranty on their work.

A year later against my better judgement I purchased another ring from them as a gift for my sister. Only a few months later, she showed me that it had been slightly bent. I immediately told her I'd take it back to Fink's where I purchased it to have them take a look and fix it. And boy I was wrong!

I went into the Birkdale store today and asked about getting it fixed. I was told they would not fix it because its a manufacturer issue that its bent. Regardless who made it Fink's, you sold it. I was told, rather rudely, that I could leave it and have their jeweler give me an estimate for how much it would cost me. When I asked for a ballpark I was told, "I have no idea."

Salesmen don’t have the best reputation and where I’m from they attack you the moment you step foot in the door! That’s not the kind of experience you want when making your first Rolex purchase.

Your employee Chris is not a salesman, he’s much more, he’s a professional facilitator! Finks was not our first stop in this hunt for specific Rolex’s and we didn’t feel comfortable during our visits to these businesses. That was not the case at Finks. Chris passed the vibes test immediately. He has a very polite, friendly and trustworthy personality and that’s what made our experience very pleasant.

He’s a great listener and was able to answer all of our first time, Rolex buyer, rookie questions. He consistently communicated with us regarding the status of our watches and kept us well informed.

I have personally been working with Christa, and have had positive interactions with the Manager Christopher as well. The staff is very knowledgeable. They are patient, polite, they have the knowledge to answer your questions and listen to your needs or concerns.
