My sister and I recently stopped by Airlie Baby in Birkdale while shopping for baby shower gifts, and we were blown away by the entire experience! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Olivia, who was incredibly sweet, friendly, and attentive. She took the time to help us select the cutest gifts and even suggested coordinating items to help us put together the perfect presents.

What really stood out was how she went the extra mile—helping us create beautifully themed gift bags and making sure we had everything we needed for the shower. I even had my 2.5-year-old with me, and we all felt so comfortable, welcomed, and relaxed while shopping.

I was so excited to see a baby boutique and looking for outfits for our little one for an upcoming vacation. We walked in and there was only one other older couple in there shopping. A male and female workers (owners I assume). My teenage daughter, myself and baby went in and felt so incredibly unwelcome. They weren’t busy and the place is small. No hello, welcome in, how are you. Nothing. We found some great one piece outfits that would’ve been great for our California trip but I couldn’t bring myself to spend money where I felt out of place. The male saw we had a young baby in the stroller and while we were near him he thought it was time to use a power tool and scared the baby so bad that he jumped and had real little tears. If this is a new business I would advise the owners that being welcoming and friendly to everyone is best...

Amazing local baby store! I can’t say enough good things about this baby store! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm, friendly service — Olivia, the manager, goes above and beyond to make sure you find exactly what you need. She’s knowledgeable, kind, and always makes you feel welcome.

The store is beautifully organized, making it easy to browse, and they carry all the top baby brands. Whether you’re shopping for essentials or looking for a thoughtful gift, this place has it all. You can tell that owners Sam and Robin have put a lot of heart into this store — it really shows.

They also have great hours, which makes it so convenient for busy parents. This is hands down one of the best local businesses around. Highly recommend!
