I visited your Birkdale store yesterday and had a wonderful experience with a woman named Brooke. I came in looking for jewelry for a wedding. Brooke and the other young lady up front, greeted me with a warm welcome and smile. They asked what I was looking for and I told them jewelry for a wedding. Brooke immediately jumped in and asked what I was wearing and what kind of look I was going for. I showed her my dress and she said “I have just the right pieces for you” she brought me over to this fun sparkly table in the back and showed me what she thought would look best. I tried on what she picked out and ended up going home with earrings, necklace, and bracelet. After that we chatted for a few minutes. She asked how my day was going and what my plans were for the rest of the day. It’s rare you go into stores and have one on one interactions like this with the people working there. Oh goodness, where do I start? My daughter and I were just hanging out, paying tribute to her best friend she lost three years ago, on Sept 11. I decided to stop in Kendra Scott because she misplaced her necklace, and I just wanted to inquire about a new one. Well, let me tell you, from Kim's warm greeting at the front door to Danielle's help with my hurt back to Melissa just listening about being a woman, we had the best laughs! Security even laughed as I walked out the door, saying he could tell we were having a wonderful time by our laughs he heard outside! I love the consistency of the brand and customer involvement with each store and how these ladies went above and beyond to make our experience stand out on such a sad day. They were truly a blessing to my daughter and I so much that I had to make them brunch for Saturday. Hopefully, they enjoyed it. 12/10 Experience at Kendra Scott Birkdale!

I brought my daughter to a cheer party hosted by Maddie at Kendra Scott in Birkdale, and the experience was absolutely amazing—if I could leave 12 stars, I would! From the moment we arrived, Maddie greeted us with a warm smile and helped all 11 girls at the Color Bar with thoughtful suggestions as they created their custom jewelry pieces.

The girls were treated to Nothing Bundt Cakes and juice, while the moms enjoyed complimentary wine—major bonus! Maddie was so attentive and kind, I couldn’t help but pick out two extra pieces for myself that are now staples in my daily wardrobe.
