My husband and I initially visited the showroom in the Southpark mall. After reading the reviews about the Birkdale location and the friendliness and expertise of the staff, we decided to go to this location as it’s closer to our home. We did go an hour before closing. There was only one associate to help. He greeted us, was friendly, helpful and answered questions. That was until another customer came in. She interrupted us and he gave her the attention instead of focusing on us and completing our sale. We had to wait as she asked more and more questions, requested demonstrations, and explanations of various products. This was so frustrating because we felt like we were not given priority as we were first in the showroom and he had already been working with us. As the only salesperson, we did extend a little grace, but when we were ready, we were ready. I had to give a look before the customer acknowledged he should help us and she could wait as we were there first. He did return to us only to be interrupted again by “one more question” as we were literally in the middle of the purchasing process! Had we not been in a time crunch for ordering, I would have left the store and visited another. For such a big and expensive purchase, I think the experience should be personal and 1:1 from start to finish. He did offer to stay a bit past closing to make sure we had everything we needed. Although that was a nice gesture, it wouldn’t have been necessary had we had the attention...

The young man working there must have been very new. He used the wrong app to take my payment. Another employee who just walked in had me verify that the payment showed up on my bank statement. At the last minute I confirmed the product and the color of my order and thank goodness I did because original employee had ordered the wrong color. Second employee said he corrected everything. We will see when I get the shipment. Also, I don’t like getting early morning...

We visited this store in Birkdalle Village yesterday. just curious about the product. We had a wonderful young gentleman show us various configurations- the sound system- and all the options. He was incredible! What an asset your salesman is to your company. He was polite, kind, knowledgeable, and explained the versatility of the sections really well. He definitely made an impact and I would absolutely buy this product because it’s a great product and this guy...
