Bojangles — Restaurant in Huntersville

Sooooo I ordered from THIS PARTICULAR BOJANGLES a 10 or 12 piece Bo Bites meal around 6 15 on 9/23/25 the girl at the window with washed out blue green hair greeted me with a cup of Soda that she only half filled up when I politely asked her to finish filling up my cup BECAUSE I paid for a whole cup and I work hard for my money she caught and attitude sucked her brace filled teeth and popped her neck which I already knew that was probably going to be how she acted when I first seen her and unfortunately she didn't disappoint I thanked her and she rolled her eyes (you can't make this stuff up.. every stereotype you could think of she fulfilled an older lady comes to the window and tells her she can take a break or something the SHE proceeds to hand my box , I thought it felt pretty light for what I had ordered but since I had 12 hours to pull and I was already hungry I pull away put hand cleanser on in the process when I got the stop light grab on the box and it was like 4 BO Bites and some fries just thrown in there not even really I n the pack , I was mad at the actual state the food was in but they didn't even have half of my food in there and her with the UGLY ATTITUDE... I knew I wasn't going to get back so I start calling PF COURSE NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE AS. MANY. TIMES AS I CALLED as if they knew how they had messed over my food . I was late to work a couple minutes because I was determined they was going to answer and to make matters worse I AM STILL sitting here hungry and have spent my budget for the night for food . FOOD COST WE WORK HARD TO BUY I AND SHOULD GET WHAT WE PURCHASED ..and not be subject to some girl with blue green hair neck popping and rolling her eyes because you asked for what you...

Unfortunately this Bojangles just doesn’t fit the bill. 1st. I ordered through the drive thru and was instructed to drive towards the front as it was going to take 10 min for my order to be ready. After 25 min; I went inside to inquire on status. After about 5 min waiting ; I was acknowledged by a woman from the kitchen. Even though the manager was right in the front of me the entire time. 2nd. Apparently they ran out of gravy for the mash potatoes and the manager, I presume, got a cup of water to pour into and scrape the remaining gravy from the bottom of the bowl. Then proceeded to place it in a cup and into my box. I was shocked that she didn’t even do this in the back but right in front of me. This is total disrespect for customers. 3rd. After I finally received my food; I didn’t even get an apology for the 30+ min wait. 4th. I get home to see my order was filled incorrectly. I asked for all dark meat and received majority white meat. I was also missing an order of dirty rice and French fries. For the chicken supremes I ordered….I only received one cup of honey mustard; after asking for BBQ. I know a lot of restaurants are suffering due to the pandemic, but the delays have been consistently bad since before the pandemic. This is a fast food joint and there is nothing fast about it. I’m typically don’t even eat fast food, but went here to treat my son after his karate class. I will not be frequenting this establishment anymore and will recommend to all my friends and family the same. - highly...

Let's be clear Bojangles is one of my top 3 fast food restaurants. However, this location needs deep managerial help. On our visit you could not wash your hands in the men's restroom as the sink was full of vomitus. When this was brought to the attention of the cashier she snickered. Which gave me the indication that she was well aware of the condition of the restroom. I aske her to bring to the attention of the manager. I observed that the cashier never even tried to mention to the manager. So later I asked to speak to the manager. The lady who presented herself did not even act like I was talking of something strange. She Also knew of the problem. However, no one working there during the Thursday Evening shift was about to even attempt to clean the bathroom. My family member stood by at the women's restroom for me to be able to wash my hands. Food temperature of our food was so so. We have had much much better at other Bojangles. Just goes to prove the Manager and their workers can really bring down a good restaurant. I will never stop at this...
