The guys were nice, but took HOURS to make my clothes. In fact we left for several hours due to an emergency, came back and my clothes still weren't done. The staff didn't seem to be doing anything either. I had ordered 4 matching pants and a sweatshirt that were still left to be done. They were super awesome up front, but the clothes didn't hold up. They said they "waxed" all the letters to make sure they hold. Low and behold I washed them on the delicate cycle and they are already peeling. I even hung them up to air dry. I've washed once.......and spent $400 there AND tipped them. The only reasons for the 2 stars is the staff was nice and worked with me when I originally ordered. However the time it took and the quality whould recieve negative stars. Really really sad, because I ordered things for my bridal party and they are...

Bought a plain sweatshirt with regular print. Asked a guy that worked there how much it would be and he never responded he just made eye contact with cashier. I was charged the price of a hoodie & asked the white guy with an accent why he was charging me a hoodie when it was a plain sweatshirt. He not only responded with an attitude but was rude and said “if you don’t like the price, don’t get it” then went over a price list that was completely off! He’s lucky my husband didn’t hear him or else his scrawny a** would’ve heard it!

I just had an awful experience with this place! I feel my self so fooled! The jumpers had no price on them, so I just pic one and the lady said I could have any of the designs printed and it wouldn’t take long. There’s no brand so I couldn’t imagine that the jumper was going to cost $103 dollars! $49 dollars for the jumper and the rest for the print! I found out only on the cashier, with the jumper already printed. I couldn’t deny the payment because it was already done! I was on a rush and I just didn’t want to argue also.
