I feel bad because I didn't get her name but just wanted to say that whoever was working the store solo January 10th at around 4:30 ish in the afternoon was an absolute sweetheart. I feel like I never have luck with finding clothes (and here I was trying to find a dress for my upcoming anniversary) and this girl was great. Pointed me in the exact right direction, got a dressing room started for me, was just friendly and helpful all around and I ended up leaving with not one but two dresses. Anniversary and Valentine's day outfits are sorted 👍

Because I had such a great experience, I went online and bought 3 more items from Francesca's. I shopped at Francesca’s on Sunday and asked the cashier prior to completing the purchase it returns were allowed. My purchases were for my granddaughters birthday. She informed me yes refunds are allowed. What she didn’t inform me of is the 15% restocking fee. I returned on Friday to return a couple of things out of my $175 purchase. And was hit with the surprise. It is on the receipt. So you are notified after purchase. I wanted to purchase other items for them from there - they don’t care you still pay the 15%.
