The tea was good but the customer service and atmosphere was not. I was not pleased with my experience in the store and left feeling unsatisfied. We were not greeted by staff at all during our purchase despite there being 3 people there. The order kiosk did not have an item that it should have had. I was looking for jasmine tea without milk. A young lady manually took my order, but not before having me repeat the issue several times and recheck the menu while a line was forming. The mobile pay and card reader failed 3 times before working on the same card. The music playing aloud in the store had cursing in it. It was Nicki Minaj and there were no censors on the words she spoke. I wanted to hurry and leave the store before she said the Nword in her rap song. There are clean and censored music apps for songs like that. I want to say that a customer should never feel like that as a person of color. We are not a monolith and everyone is not ok with certain words. It causes a sense of stress in a place that means to invoke pleasure. Plus the music doesn't seem to fit the...

It was about time we had a good boba spot in South LA. The variety in drinks and the quality of their toppings are all top tier. Their popcorn chicken & mozzarella sticks are honestly amazing. the Spicy popcorn chicken with Chipotle sauce are my family's favorite. My go to's are the Signature milk tea, Thai tea, & Jasmin tea (when it's not over steeped, i noticed the night crew's tea is always on point.) The workers are often very quiet and serious, but as long as my drinks and food is delicious I really don't care about their attitudes. Quality of beverages and food beats having fake smiles and forced conversations. The place is regularly clean. The owners are always super welcoming and friendly. This is My son and I favorite go to spot for boba drinks.. he always gets the oreo with oreo bits slush with mini boba . I either get the taro slush or Thai tea slush with also mini boba .. soo good .. I also get moms and pops the aloe Vera drinks .. the passion fruit and or kiwi one I think .. we sometimes get the popcorn chicken spicy 😋 very seasoned and always tender .. the churros can be a hit or miss at times..
