Cha N Tea — Restaurant in Huntington Park

The workers are great and the drinks are delicious. My issue here is: Its always too hot. For customers and especially for the workers. I am 85% sure OSHA would not approve. New ownership. The new owners are the opposite of the old owners. Tammy was always friendly and kind. Very welcoming and community oriented. The new owners are cold, dismissive, unfriendly, and it almost feels like they don't really care for their customers. I feel like its all very transactional. They don't smile or greet anyone and the lady always looks mad or frustrated. Customer service is much needed from the OWNERS. Short staffing. I remember this place always had 2-4 people working. And to be honest it kept the store moving. As of lately its only 2 people and I can see when they are getting slammed with walk-ins and Doordash and I feel bad for showing up with my order. Their new payment system is always acting up. (Take cash)

All in all. Its a good menu, great workers. But I feel this store is on a slippery slope if it continues going this way.
