Poor customer service went on 3/8/22 around 10:30pm girl had bad customer service gave me my drink tasting just horrible had to go back and ask to be remade. She said that’s how the drink taste, I told her I get it all the time I know how it tastes I only buy that one drink had to get in a argument to get my drink remade even when she got the drink back to redo it she was giving me attitude, I am guessing the manager came up to see what was going on I told her she was being rude rolling her eyes and being all aggressive. I ask her for that employees name because none of them were wearing name badge she said they don’t give out name for any reason told her how was I going to make a complaint to corporate about that employee she said I don’t care I don’t give out name which doesn’t make sense how am I going complain on the girl who was being rude to me. Read moreThis place keeps failing me everytime I decide to give them a shot. If it wasn't because they're the closest to my home, I'd never give it another try. I had gone almost 3 years without a purchase here. Because they rarely get an order right. My husband's Mango Dragon refresher somehow got made into a dragon lemonade, which was gross. Second chance I gave them... My grande in a venti iced oatmilk pumkin spice latte extra whip was made regular. I didn't even bother asking them to fix it because they looked so swamped with orders. But honestly, no one should be leaving the store with a drink they didnt order just because they dont want to be THAT customer. No customer service at the handoff. They just leave your drinks on the counter where everyone is touching the cups to figure out whos whos. They got a remodel and there is no longer a cafe which is disappointing since the waiting area is filled with customers waiting on their drinks. The drive thru line is longer than a Disneyland line. First starbucks ever to see personell work so extremely slow( i literaly watched them) need more training, Manager need more structure or replace the ppl. I dont mean to bash, but Starbucks staff should not look like the just rolled out of bed, brush your hair, have pleasent customer service! Be presentable and efficient. Presentation is eveything.
