I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store specifically regarding the actions of Manager Guadalupe and the lack of support from the Store Manager. On Tuesday, December 10, I placed an online order for a thirty-two-slice pizza. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, the store was closed. The following day, I called to explain the situation to Manager Guadalupe, but the call ended abruptly when she hung up on me after treating me rudely. I called again, but Guadalupe insisted that I come to the store to resolve the issue, despite my request for a refund. My frustration continued as I encountered further unprofessional behavior. Guadalupe was dismissive and disrespectful, even making a comment in Spanish that translated to, “I don’t have time to waste with you.” She then began filming me without my consent, which I believe could be a serious violation of privacy. I felt this behavior was completely unacceptable, especially from a person in a managerial position. When I arrived at the store to pick up my refund, Guadalupe continued to act inappropriately. She not only tossed the refund money at me but also made obscene gestures. Despite my attempts to resolve the situation, the Store Manager, whom I repeatedly asked for assistance, was unhelpful and refused to intervene. Additionally, he did not provide his name when requested, nor did he offer any solution to address the situation. As a regular customer, I am appalled by the level of service I received and am deeply disappointed by the actions of both Guadalupe and the Store Manager. I believe their behavior reflects poorly on your company and highlights a significant lack of professionalism. I request that you investigate this matter and hold both Guadalupe and the Store Manager accountable for their actions. Starting off with the lady Cletilde in the front she was not friendly didnt listen was very rude and defensive she failed to meet me as a customer and my needs and expectations or further exacerbate my problem with the undercooked pizza! She tried to justify every single detail about the undercooked raw pizza! When there shouldn't be none! She didn't listen to any of my concerns.Owner needs for better understanding of any customers problem.Owner didnt follow through, was being unresponsive and didn't delivered on his promise. This store has inadequate service! They failed to deliver good pizza! They failed there core value! They didn't honor me my credit! Even after the fact of me showing them there uncooked product! I am not sure if it was due to the fact that they were about to close at 10 but the quality of the food was horrible. I order the spicy wings just to come to notice that the wings were still raw. They were def not cooked well and in that case we can call the wings rare or there should be an option for well done, medium well, or rare etc the pizza was okay but I said pepperoni and pineapple just to receive a pineapple pizza with no pepperoni.
