I’ve been coming here for the longest So these review really is an honest review. I must say this review is regarding security and customer service. Like I said, I been coming here for the longest and yesterday I was asked For the first time By some John Doe I never seen before that I Could not go in with my Backpack that for their safety I had to leave it In the floor in the front lobby. No chairs no boxes no covers to put my personal belongings. He didn’t even bother to check my My backpack so I could go in and shop in peace. He had no sense of Customer service. He was worried about his safety 😒with me a women ridiculous. I told him how come I had never heard that rule and I come here all the time he claims that not all securities implement the Rule but they should, Are you kidding me? It will be the same thing if I bring a huge purse…When I asked him if I could put my My empty backpack because I had to pull my wallet out on top of the ATM? 🙄 Literally made a big face. Like I’m crazy.. Excuse me John Doe because I don’t like to put my personal belongings in the floor Is Not hygienic and Physically I cannot leave my belongings in the front door lobby because when I went in tonight there was nobody in the front desk if it was a daytime I would’ve Walked out because I can’t leave my personal belongings in the floor, is not safe where people be coming in and out. I have no problem following the rules, but I have a problem When there’s no Customer service where I spend my money,As a business when you have no empathy for your customers, and only worry about your safety, but you don’t worry about my safety As a customer It’s not a give-and-take you making me feel unsafe and Uncomfortable ,I don’t know yo if he really did it to discriminate me, but that’s how it looked like to me when you pull a nonexistent rule after many times shopping there ,and you don’t look for solutions to make me feel comfortable like I said I don’t know if he did it to discriminate me But it kind of felt that way,as I was leaving, I asked the other security Guard if I could bring my purse because it’s the same thing he said he’s not the same thing🤣. Conclusion, if we cannot bring backpacks or purses as Metro riders can you at least check the bags or provide with some type of security where we can leave Our personal Belongings ? My complaint is legit not everybody has a car not everyone can just walked in just their wallet, I also think my complaint is legit because other people might find this upsetting as well but Thank you because now I have the option to go do business somewhere else where I don’t have that issue…. but if you ask me, I totally felt discriminated...

I really like this shop, it's products and prices but the female budtender this morning has such an attitude problem. I asked for badder and she ended up giving me sauce, even after I pointed directly at it and said BATTER. She was upset because she called the badder 'sauce' and the sauce 'Diamonds' and I corrected her. As a budtender myself, it's really important to know the difference in concentrates for exactly this reason. She didnt even look at the box to confirm it was what I was asking for, so she obviously doesn't know her products or didn't care enough. It's my fault for not double checking in the car, but I literally pointed to what I wanted so it's fair to say I expected that, no matter what she thought it was.

Other then her, my last time in there was perfect and the guy with the beard was super nice and knowledgeable.

Don’t know how I will start this review but I will definitely say this is a Medical Dispensary that cares about their customers. It is so hard to find now in days employees that really love their job nor give good customer service.

This shop show me otherwise . I bought a dispensary pen and for some reason the battery finished quicker then the oil . I had just bought, I would say it was only for a two or three days I only hit it when I study so I can focus I deal withADHD. The employee was able to help me and fix that issue . Honestly this is the best DISPENSARY NEAR HUNTINGTON PARK. You want to find good flower good customer service and a great quality THC I would recommend you make a stop here .
