Worst experience ever! Do not shop here. My wife and I purchased a special order sectional on August 2, and the sales person Shawn, stated it takes 4 to 8 weeks to receive. We were fine with that. The receipt clearly states on the front the date of 9/20/24 or we can receive a prompt refund. Well we called several times to check to make sure the date was still on target for delivery, they then told us late October or early November, really? So we went to the store to get more details and we ran into our salesman Shawn. He said we can't cancel after 9/20 because on the back of the receipt you can only cancel 180 after the delivery date, so we wait for potentially 8 months to get our furniture. We have no furniture in our living room because we gave our set to a friend believing we were going to receive our new furniture. I asked for a discount for our inconvenience, what ever happened to the customer is always right. Then SHAWN HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY I HAVE SELECTIVE HEARING! Who speaks to a customer this way. I obviously got agitated from the comment, than we began to exchange words where cursing was involved. Than a young woman came out from the office and went off on my wife who just got home from the hospital and did not need her abuse. Please DO NOT SHOP HERE, go where they appreciate your business . We spent $3000 there and we are treated this way. Shawn should be fired for his lack of communication, composure and cursing out a customer. We are senior citizens, what happened to respect. Worst experience I’ve ever had. These people only have good customer service with Hispanic people. I walk in, one of the salesperson approach me and my husband. She immediately tells me I need to apply to even see if I qualify for anything there (because I was black in Huntington Park). I tell her I want to at least see the merchandise to see if there is anything to my liking that is worth applying for, she insists that I need to apply to see anything. She sits me down and “pretends” like she put my info in the computer and tells me “well you don’t qualify”. I have good credit and a good job but she just didn’t want me to do business there so she said anything to run me off. She didn’t provide alternatives, she was perfectly fine with how she treated me and didn’t care that business was walking out the door. Her supervisors were sitting right there watched the whole interaction and didn’t even bother to chime in to defuse the situation. I went to the location because I always receive text talking about the good deals they have with a $40 down payment which is false advertisement because they only offer that to HISPANICS. Such a shame that I even had this experience at this place. The experience was so bad that I will never go in that area ever again because of that experience I believe they don’t like black people over there period also considering that there are none in that area which is why the first black persons they saw, they ran...

I bought a dining table 5 months ago and it's already peeling. I contacted the store and told me to send a txt with pictures and they will review it and call me back. After 2 weeks I called back the lady I spoke to reviewed and told me I didn't buy a warranty so they had to send it to the manufacture so they can review it. After 2 weeks more I called again and they said they can't fix it because it's the chemicals I'm using to clean it with. First of all new things should have a warranty and they didn't respect that, two it's been 5 months I bought it meaning the paint on the table is not a good quality to be peeling 3 months later!, and three they don't even know what products I use to clean my table with. I have bought a bedroom from another furniture store 5 years ago and it's still intact!, this table 3 months later is peeling??. The table is not a 200 dollar table it was like 1,100!. I was not asking for a new table all I wanted was for them to fix it and add a good quality paint to the table so it can last me. I don't put keys, wallets, or boxes on the table for the paint...
