Very disappointed in how I got serviced today. I’ve spent more than $200 a month on this particular location and never had I ask for more in return. But today a manager called Yadira made my order and give me nothing but a cold tortilla, onion and chicken. On street tacos that cost me 11$ for 4.
Yadira is a very bad in given value to there customers. me and particular, I feel Discriminated after she provided more value to others.
I ask for nothing but a Exchange for the same Value I spent on the tacos and nothing more.
I didn’t ask for my money back I only ask for better food Quality . Yadira did not give me anything and decide to trash the tacos stole my money and said there is no Refunds on online orders which Nowhere does it say I have to call online support for anything,
I am disgusted , I feel embarrassed and disappointed. More then anything Discriminated after trying to feed my wife and kid off of street tacos.
I know it’s just tacos but nobody should go through this specially to one of your community members that go’s here a lot.
I hope nobody Goes through this heartbreaking experience I had at this Location at Huntington Park.
Please use my experience and go somewhere else. Trust me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Read moreOn 09/21/13 7pm I went to this pollo loco saturday, when I ordered four crispy tacos off the dollar menu I was told that they had no more tacos so I ordered taquitos and said they have no taquitos I ask why and was told that the lady that makes them did not show up that day, I asked if they had a cook and why is the cook not cooking them up to order and again I was told that the person that makes them did not show up today, so I order four BRC a poblano burrito combo with a coke, serrano chili and four green sauces, they had no Serrano chili and they forgot to give me my coke and the poblano burrito did not have any corn in it and had very little chicken which was burnt, I drove a distance to get to this pollo loco as its the closest one and the one in south gate well don't even bother its TERRIBLE! anyway I'm done with inconsistent service and what I don't understand is why the manager didn't take control of the situation and make it happen earlier in his shift I guess he's too big to get his hands greasy Not a Team Player. if I were the mgr I would have covered it for my customers I would have taken control and hussled to make the product for the day so it could be available to the customer, Very Disappointed. Read moreI can't believe this place First of all really bad costumer service, The reason why am saying this is because I got there at 9:10 pm ,as am trying to walk in there I notice from a distance they were cleaning :but since there website says closing hours are 10 ; I figure they are just getting a head start . when I walk to the front door and try to open it's locked ,as am shaking the door the girl in front of me does not even bother to open the door to tell me there close , she just walks away and does not even do a hand gesture or turn back at me to say there close, there were at least myb ten employees there and not one of them said or bother to say anything went on (((10/12/17 9:10 like I said )))) so who ever was working this shift should all get right ups, or something so rude litterly I work near there and would always stop by on my lunch until this happened . Am honestly so aggravated ,at least update your online opening and closing hours if you have that much staff you guys could afford the time to just update it and pull one employee aside to do that, who ever is manager in this place should watch the cameras and look how your employees treat clients and ignore them so bad .what kind of people work here...
