THESE PEOPLE ARE DUMB AS THEY COME. THEY TOLD ME TO BRING IN MY UNREGISTERTED 9MM GUN FOR A PAWN LOAN. I TRAVELED AN HOUR TO GET THERE. THEY QUOTED ME A PRICE OF $200. THEN THEY DROPPED IT TO $125 FOR NO REAL GOOD REASON. ONE MANAGER SAID $200 AND THEN THE OWNERS SISTER SAID NO WAY JUST GIVE HIM $125. WHEN THEY WENT TO DO THE LOAN THEY CALLED SOMEONE AND THEN TOLD ME THEY CAN'T DO A LOAN ON A "GHOST GUN". TOTALLY IGNORANT TO WV / FEDERAL LAWS. THERE ARE ZERO RESTRICTIONS ON UNREGISTERED GUNS IN WV. YES, IT IS POSSIBLE FOR PAWN SHOPS TO GIVE LOANS ON THAT TYPE OF FIREARM. DUMB, UNPROFESSIONAL MORONS. WASTED MY TIME AND MY GAS TO GET THERE. THEY EVEN TRIED TO TELL ME I CAN OWN THE GUN BUT CAN'T SELL OR TRANSFER IT OR CARRY IT!!!! MORONS. GO TO A DIFFERENT PAWN SHOP. THERE ARE SOME OUT THERE WITH KNOWLEDGABLE...

If I could give this store less of a star I would, even in the negatives if even possible. They damaged my TV, altered the ticket, made no attempt to tell us the tv was damaged and then a manager had the nerve to yell at both my husband and I. And no, they won't replace the tv with one that is the equal value. I just have to say this is possibly the worst experience I've ever had with a pawn shop in my entire life, I will never go back and I do not recommend anyone to go there and pawn anything. Have been shopping here for years (TV's, Gun's, and much more). But here recently gun prices have been raised to New gun prices. And I found my stolen gun here, so it leads me to believe they take in stolen products. I would be cautious about buying here, I know I will in the future.
