KFC — Restaurant in Huntington

I really don’t like KFC much which is weird considering I am not only black but also a fried chicken type of gal till the day I die. The chicken is way too crispy for anyone’s own good. I mean seriously I could probably chip a tooth, jeez KFC, be more considerate. The mac and cheese was probably the most enjoyable part of my meal tonight. It’s got a satisfying texture, however the flavor sets it aback. Now, let’s dive into a heated conversation about the mashed potatoes. They are the blandest thing I have ever tasted. When I tell you the look of disappointment on my face after taking a bite of these mashed potatoes could make a grown man cry, I mean it. It was pure displeasure. Insanely heartbreaking to eat. This meal put me in the most unpleasant, unsatisfactory, nauseating mood. My head is now hurting due to the fact that I’m thinking about this awful meal. I’m thinking, where did I go wrong? What made me deserve to have such an unpleasant meal? Will I ever enjoy chicken ever again? This meal had put me in a frenzy and I quite literally wish I could go back in time. I was waiting on my food and happened to overhear one of the employees making jokes about another customer. The other customer was there. The employee jad his back to her and so hadn't seen her. She left her food sitting and walked out of the restaurant. How unprofessional. And ridiculously unkind.

Its been awhile since my review and still I have nothing good to say about this place. My friend's 70 year old mother had ordered two turnovers a few weeks ago, and decided to go to the restroom as they were not done and helping other customers. She had no more than locked the stall door when the cashier opened the bathroom door, stuck her head inside, and yelled "your pies are done!" and shut the door back again. I was angry enough on her behalf, but if that had been my mother she was so rude too? It was uncalled for, disrespectful, and if she hates her job that badly, she should find another. Placed an online pick up order 16pc extra crispy family meal at about 6pm. When I arrived at the restaurant for pick up the lady working the front register informed me they only had 4 pieces of extra crispy chicken and they were not making anyone. My first question was you know it's only 6pm dinner time she shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do. So we ended up having to mix the rest with original I waited till she was done putting my order together "only because you never know what might happen to your food if the person making it gets offended" I asked for the manager and i informed him I wanted nothing for free but i was curious he informed me they already shut down 2 of the 4 friers and we're not making any more crispy chicken. I did ask why offer things on your menu at dinner time that you do not have available? His response was well we already shut down the friers for that.
