I've recently had a string of less than satisfactory transactions with the HUNTINGTON, INDIANA papa johns. Nothing that a quick apology and a prompt resolution shouldn't be able to handle, however my two interactions with this business have lead me here. Recently I placed an online order which was prepared and sent out incorrectly, not a big deal, however today is the straw that broke the perverbial camels back..I went in and placed an order. The store's general manager took my order and was borderline inpatient during the process which I understand as its Christmas eve, however I told her that the last time I placed the order it was incorrect and informed her of the discrepancy she assured me it would be correct. I walked in and saw her checking my order and I assumed it was correct. I return home to find out it wasn't correct and I call the store to inform them of the error. The employee I spoke with was cordial however I could hear the general manager complaining and speaking rudely about my situation in the background, when she final got the phone she informed me that she read it back to me correctly, which she hadn't, and said that next time I ordered food that I needed to listen to what was being said. she was incredible disrespectful and rude. When I asked for her bosses phone number she refused to provide it stating that my concerns need to be addressed at the corporate level rather than a district level. I will no longer be ordering food from this location and I suggest everyone else follow suit. Order dinner on the app and what do you know my husband's pepperoni crusted papadia has Alfredo sauce on it instead of pizza sauce. I look at my order it says I wanted Alfredo which i assure you i did not. So i check the app and alfredo sauce isnt even an option for a sauce on this particular item on the app. Last time this happened they put Buffalo sauce on my son's pepperoni pizza and told me it was my fault and they couldn't do anything about it. So instead of trying to give them a chance to fix it this time I am just going to write this review and let everyone know how big of a disappointment this pizza establishment is myself and my family and just warn people not to use the app because they will not hold themselves responsible for any mess...
Read moreThey are using door dash drivers for their delivery & some how or another have given door dash the wrong delivery address. Yesterday I ordered a pizza & some other things, app says it was delivered but it wasn't so I called the store (this is not the first time it has happened) They told me they were sending another pizza. An hour later I called back & advised I never received this either & the manager on duty told me there was nothing they could do, that I needed to call door dash. So I did. They told me there is nothing they can do I need to talk to Papa Johns. I called back today, got someone who advised they are the GM & that I would need to call corporate. She was very nice but it's rather frustrating that I have to jump through hoops to get refunded for pizza...
