I know some people have had a good experience here, but unfortunately we did not. I never write reviews but I want people to know the poor experience we had. We used this business for a wedding to rent 9 suits. At first, the owner was very nice in helping me pick colors and everything. When it came time to pick the suits up for the wedding, several people told us the business was rude to them in some way when they were either paying for or picking up their suit. Three of the suits did not fit, and one of the suits hems was messed up. When I dropped the suits back off, I told the owner of these issues and she blamed one of the suits not fitting as “he was a big guy and just didn’t like to wear a suit” and blamed the hem being messed up on the groomsmen who put it on. They never once offered an apology for any of these issues and blamed it all on the person who had the suit. It is very disappointing for people to spend that much money on a suit and trust that it was measured properly just for it not to fit and then be blamed for it. Luckily, I gave a one star review and not a negative star review because Casey advised me to go somewhere else for my suit rental. They were too focused on selling a suit that they owned to save money, then listening to what I actually wanted because of the profit margins for them. The very first thing I told them when I walked in as I do not want a tuxedo, I want a suit. I recall in second grade being taught to listen because we had two ears and one mouth. He was more focused on using his mouth than his two ears because he simply ignored 90% of what I Said. I went to B & E Men’s Wearhouse, because Casey advised I go somewhere else and that is the absolute best advice I’ve ever received. Do not waste your time at this shack and go to a place that will listen to what you want and not try to sell you based on profit margins. I now see why they are among the lowest reviewed rental companies in the area and I would not wear a suit if it came from this place if it was given to me also, Casey was as helpful to me as a pile of $hit...

The owner of this store is very unprofessional and rude. She threatened several times to not give any of us our tuxes (after we had already paid in full) 2 days before our wedding simply because one of the groomsman asked how much he would be charged if his tux was damaged, lost, or stolen. She claimed only someone who intended on stealing a suit would ask that question and she wasn't going to rent any of us the suits. This old woman was very loud, irate, and unprofessional. Keep in mind we spent around $1300 in this store and were nice to this woman so we wouldn't lose our suits. Imagine not having your suits 2 days before a wedding.
