updated review I down graded this to 3 stars from 5. About 75% of the time, at least 4 times I can think of this past year, something has rang up with the incorrect price. Sometimes I notice it immediately, but often, I've had to return to the store to either return something outright, or have my receipt adjusted for something that was on sale that rang at full price. It's so disappointing. I was just there yesterday (to return a flash sale item that didn't give the discount; on the table as you walk in, the flash sale was sheet sets for 9.99, ALL sizes. I grabbed the only king size, which i ended up paying full price, 24.99 for). Of course I didn't notice, being chatty & oblivious at checkout, until I got home. Typical. When I returned them yesterday, I also got several more things.. Like I said in my original review, they've got Soo much great holiday decorations. Anyhow,all the things I purchased yesterday were buy one get one half off. After scrutinizing my receipt, they overcharged me $6. Again, not surprised.(only at my lack of wherewithal) I'm beginning to think they do this on purpose. Obviously, I never just make a return. I return to take care of the mistake they made, & turn around & drop another $50 or so. Beware! Pay close attention when checking out here.

I purchased 2 barstools online. I put one together but none of the final screws fit (screw "B" goes into "I" and "J"). I contact customer service via email and include a video showing that the screws don't fit. Their solution, keep the stools as is and go to a hardware store to find the correct hardware!! Oh, and a 20% discount on my next purchase. That is absolutely insane. Why isn't the correct hardware included?!?! What kind of place is this. How on earth am I to know what the correct hardware is. Why are you providing products with the wrong hardware!! I want a full refund. You can keep the discount. I will never shop here again.

UPDATE* I spoke with customer service and scheduled a pick up to return my items, for today 07/12/25 between 10 am - 2 pm, the person arrives to pick up the items but calls about an hour later stating the store refused my return. I call the store and had the displeasure of speaking with one of the most unprofessional beings I have ever encountered. She tells me she has no idea who that person was who came TO MY HOME to pick up the merchandise but had him return TO MY HOME to bring it back. She refused to allow me to speak to anyone else, told me to call customer service and hung up on me....

This one is located in an old Walmart, so that gives you an idea of the size. Like most At Homes, there is sometimes there for everyone, regardless of style or budget.

They have a phenomenal seasonal selection for every dang holiday/season you can think of. Items range from kitchen gadgets, giant wall art, outdoor furniture and decorations, and every single damn thing in between. They also have a good bit of furniture and rugs. Prices are really good/competitive.

Quality can sometimes be hit or miss, but you can often tell by the price tag. Like most places, if something is ultra cheap, it most likely won't hold up to long term wear and tear. This is especially true of outdoor items due to being out in the elements. But once again, if you're looking for something affordable and not looking for a forever piece (focusing on outdoor, mostly), At Home is perfect.
